I cant help but think Husband!Erwin would love showing off the ring on his finger.
You two could have been married for a month, or five years, it simply did not matter; he was always going to point out his relationship to you.
While still having to stay professional while performing his duties as Commander, he would absolutely throw in a couple comments and gestures here and there to the band of metal on his dominant hand. Wether it was relevant to the conversation he was having or not.
"Of course, I'll see to this matter immediately. After consulting with my partner about this first."
"Erwin, we just needed a signature for the supply run document. The Survey Corps HQ is low on equipment."
And suddenly Erwin's a hand talker??
Any comment he makes he has to reiterate the fact with hand gestures. Most definitely with his dominate hand that held his ring.
He may come across as goofy about the whole thing, but to you it was incredibly endearing how eager he was to show the world he was yours.
