Chapter 7: 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑷𝒂𝒊𝒏

Meanwhile, Alastor was going for a walk around the castle. He was allowed to look around the castle as long as it wasn't the king and queens bedroom or any room that had a sign that said "Keep Out Alastor". Alastor did as instructed as to not get in trouble with Charlie's parents. As he passed one of the doors while he was walking down a hallway, he heard a familiar voice. "Bro, I've told you a million times, I don't want any part of you and dads stupid plan to take over the pentagram. It's a waste of time and it probably won't even work," he heard a female voice say. He stopped walking, turned around, and looked at the door the voice came from.

"That must've been Helsa," he thought to himself. "Plans of taking over the Pentagram you say? That sounds suspicious. Maybe I should listen in." Alastor turned himself into a shadow creature, melted into the floor, and crawled his way to the door which was open just a crack. He carefully slid through the small crack and hid in the shadow of a nearby drawer. He peeked over the drawer and saw... Sevanthian and Helsa Von Eldritch. Still that last name was familiar to him, but there was no time to think about that. It's time to see what those two were planning.

"I can assure you that this plan is not a waste of time dear sister. Just hear me out," said Sev to his sister who was on a couch, looking bored and not interested in the conversation.

"Ugh fine. Remind me again how we will execute our "flawless plan"," Helsa groaned.

"Well the first phase of our plan is already complete. My father was able to win the trust of Lucifer, and I was able to win the heart of his daughter Charlotte. The next step we need to complete is to marry Princess Charlotte at the dance, and for me to be appointed the new king of hell. Once that happens, we will betray the royal family and steal all the power that they have over hell and take it for ourselves. That way, we will be the new rulers of hell!" Sev laughed evilly.

"Wow, great plan evil mastermind," Helsa said sarcastically. "And what am I going to get out of this?" Sev groaned. Then suddenly he got an idea and smirked.

"Why, everything dear sister." Helsa looked up at her brother, now showing interest.

"Go on," Helsa gestured.

"Think about it Helsa. Servants waiting for you on hand and foot, demons will worship you, and you can get everything that you want," Sev said persuasively.

"Everything?" asked Helsa now smiling.

"Even revenge on those who've wronged you, like a certain someone we know?" Now Helsa was finally convinced.

"Where do I sign?" Helsa said with an evil grin.

"That's my sister!" Sev cheered. "Soon all of hell will be ours. It will be our empire, and we will be it's rulers!" Helsa starts to sing.

The room fades and they are then shown standing on a balcony looking over hell.

They're now both sitting on thrones on top of piles and piles of dead demon bodies.

Helsa and Sevanthian are now dancing in front of the castle.

They're now seen walking around the streets of hell wearing royal clothing and golden crowns. Demons are running away from them in fear.

They are now looking over the royal family and Alastor who are chained to the floor and huddled close in fear.

It fades back to the room and them laughing madly. "So that's what they're planning. Well, that isn't good," Alastor thought. He slipped out of the room and back out into the hallway. He turned back to his regular self. "What am I going to do? I better come up with a plan of my own," he said to himself. He rushed off to his room.
