The next couple days were a drag, with the same cycle of waking up,school, ballet, and occasionally hockey games. If Emma had time to fit one into her schedule or if she felt like going.
The boys had a later practice and Emma didnt have a rehearsal neither did ivy, so mark decided to go the local coffee shop. Mostly to to flirt with Ivy because hes had a massive crush on her since they were little.
Emma laughed about her brothers crush as she walked with Connor out of school and to marks car, ivy had already been there waiting and Mark waved to the two and glanced at his sister and his best friend suspiciously but brushed it off.
Connor called shotgun again as Emma rolled her eyes and climbed into the back seat of Marks gross car. "Mark clean your car" Ivy gagged as she pushed a half eaten burger away with her converse.
"Nasty" Emma laughed as Mark narrowed his eyes at them and turned back around the start his car. Emma pleaded and begged for Mark to let her play Taylor Swift as he rolled his eyes and repeatedly said no. "Please play taylor swift mark" ivy smiled as Mark sighed and handed his phone to Ivy.
"What! How is that even fair" Emmas voice squeaked as Ivy smirked and went to spotify, "ivy asked nicely" Mark defended as Emmas mouth hung open. "So did i! I even said your the best brother on this planet!" She exclaimed as Connor laughed and shook his head.
"Get over it" mark laughed as Emma rolled her eyes and leaned back, the brunette handed the girl Marks phone. She clicked on the playlist of all taylor swift songs and wildest dreams began to play.
Mark let out huff of air as the two girls sang loudly, and Connor smiled to himself as Emma seemed to be more happier and confident. On the other hand Mark had never been more thankful than to get out of the car and into the relaxing atmosphere of the coffee shop.
They ordered their coffees and Emma got a iced peppermint mocha. When their drinks were done the four sat down at a table more towards the back of shop and laughed about school and stupid stuff.
Emma was kinda disappointed knowing that this might be one of the last hangouts because mark was going to college all the way in Michigan and she didn't know what Connors plan was. Probably the NHL since he was probably going to end up being 1st overall pick because he's responsible for most of the pats goals.
Emma asked ivy to take a couple of pictures of her as Connor admired her and wondered how her ex could treat her so badly, when she had the cutest smile on her face along with the dimples that indented her skin. Along with her rosey cheeks and the freckles sprinkled across her face.
Eventually their coffee hangout session heeled to a end and they all piled back into Marks car with of course taylor swift playing much to Marks dismay. Connor didnt seem to mind and found the whole situation amusing and how his friend demeanor changed.
