I started drinking, every shot na binibigay nila sakin inuubos ko talaga. I don't care if malasing ako, magtataxi na lang ako pauwi.
Suddenly, I felt hot. Maybe because of the drinks. I stood up and looked at them.
"Uhm excuse me muna, I'll go to the washroom" paalam ko
"Sure, balik ka agad" Kaye said
I left them and started walking. Medyo nahirapan pa nga ako kasi andaming tao, Muntik pa akong masubsob pero may mga kamay na pumulupot sa bewang ko.
I turned my head only to see Irene's blue eyes. It's dark but her eyes seemed to be shining.
"Careful Czari" bulong niya
"T-Thanks" sabi ko na lang
She guided me, we reached the washroom. I started washing my hands before placing both of my hands on my cheeks.
"What are you doing?" tanong niya
"It's hot kasi" sagot ko
"Are you feeling dizzy?"
"No, I'm fine Irene"
She suddenly went closer to me and started checking my face.
"W-What?" tanong ko
"You're getting red, do you have allergy ba?"
"Wala naman, it's normal Irene. I'm fine"
"You sure? You should stop drinking na"
Now she's concerned? Kanina lang halos iwan niya ako sa loob ng kotse. She seemed to be avoiding me.
"I'll go back na" sabi ko
I was about to walk away but Irene grabbed both of my arms and pinned me on the wall.
"I-Irene..."
Our eyes met, I suddenly feel weak seeing her intense gaze on me.
"I'm mad at you"
"W-What? Why? What did I do?" tanong ko
"You're a womanizer, you know how to get what you want. You enjoyed dating those girls"
"And so?"
"I don't like it, I hate hearing your stories about them!" she exclaimed
"Why? Because you hate me now? Because I like girls?"
I managed to ask those questions that has been lingering in my mind.
"Because it's them! I hate you for enjoying your time with them! I hate it so much!"
I was confuse of what she said. Eh ano naman kung nag enjoy ako, mag eenjoy talaga ako kasi attracted ako sa mga taong yun.
"Irene I don't get you"
She sighed and let go of my arms.
"Let's go back" she said
"But we're not yet finished here Irene"
"I'm going back"
She left me standing here, I sighed and did not have a choice but to follow her.
Nang marating ang table namin nagulat ako sa nadatnan, Irene's drinking in the bottle of vodka?
"Pigilan mo nga yang si Louise..." utos sakin ni Kaye
I was about to do that but Irene glared at me and continued chugging the vodka.
Oh dear, hindi siya pwedeng malasing! Sinong magdadala ng kotse niya?
"L-Louise you're not a good drinker, quit it!" Iris exclaimed
Irene smirked and put down the bottle, but it's already empty. She suddenly sat or should I say collapsed?
"Damn it, I can do what I want tonight! I'm already a grown up Iris" singhal niya
"Oh gosh, let's end this. Iris drive your sister home. Ako na bahala kay Czarina" biglang sabi ni Kaye
Wala naman nagawa na si Irene, she's wasted. Hanggang sa loob ng kotse ni miss Iris tiningnan ko ang magkapatid.
Parehas lang naman kami ng daan na tatahakin because the three of us lives in the same building.
"What happened ba in the washroom Czarina?"
I looked at Kaye and scratched my nape.
"I also don't know, but she suddenly started saying na she hates me"
"What?"
Mukhang nagulat si Kaye sa sinabi ko.
"Kasi I'm having a good time with my exes, she hates them daw"
Kaye started laughing, I sighed and looked away. Ako lang ba hindi nakakagets sa sinabi ni Irene?
"Just let her be Czarina, mukhang lasing lang talaga si Louise kaya niya sinabi yun"
Lasing? Nakainom na ba siya agad bago ako kausapin?
We reached high rise tower. Pagkarating pa lang sa parking lot agad akong lumabas. I saw Irene's car moving towards us.
It stopped, as the door opened agad kong inalalayan si Irene. Kaye helped me and we both looked at miss Iris.
"Thanks babe, kami na bahala kay Louise" Kaye said
"Are you sure? I can stay for some minutes" Iris said
"No we're fine na, go and take some rest na rin"
Miss Iris looked at me and smiled.
"Take care of my little sister for me, nice meeting you again Czarina"
"Ingat pauwi" sabi ko
We went inside the elevator, Irene suddenly clings on Kaye's shoulder.
"What the fuck Louise? Umayos ka nga, you're heavy!" reklamo nito
"Shut up Ash, you will be my future sister in law. Be good to me!"
"This is so unbelievable"
"K-Kaye malapit na tayo" sabi ko na lang
Mukha ngang nabibigatan na siya, kapag kasi kukunin ko yung braso ni Irene mas lalo niya lang niyayakap si Kaye.
"Damn it Louise, hindi ka na makakaulit!" Kaye exclaimed
We reached my floor and Irene's. Kaso hindi namin alam ang passcode ng unit niya.
"Let's take her to my unit na lang, para makapagpahinga ka na rin Kaye" paliwanag ko
"You sure? This one's a hard headed kid Czarina"
"Sanay na ako"
We went inside the unit and put Irene on my bed. Knockout na ito at mukhang wala ng pake samin.
"It's still a fun night right Czarina?" tanong ni Kaye
Iniwan muna namin si Irene sa kwarto ko.
I gave her a quick nod.
"Of course, at least alam mo na rin anong nangyari" sagot ko
"I'll get going na ah, Saturday naman bukas so walang trabaho. Take a rest na rin" sabi nito
"I will, good night Kaye"
"Night Czarina"
I closed the door and locked it. I let out a deep sigh remembering I still need to take care of Irene.
When I enter my room I saw her already sitting on my bed. I thought she's already asleep?
"Irene?"
She slowly looked at me.
"Why am I here?" tanong niya
"You're wasted, we don't know your unit's passcode"
She suddenly chuckled and slowly stand up. Muntik pa itong mapaluhod kaya agad akong pumunta sa kanya.
I wrapped her in my arms, Irene put her weight on me.
"I'm still mad Czari..."
"I'm sorry"
