While Agatha and Sophie learn about Y/n's fairytale, Tedros is sitting with Y/n while the nurse helps mend her after Sophie's attack in Surviving Fairy Tales class.

"Lucky the cuts aren't too deep. They should heal back up nicely," the young nurse spoke softly to Y/n. "Let me just write this down in your file and then you'll be all set to go on your way."

"Thank you very much," Y/n replied.

After the nurse had stepped out of the room into her office, Y/n looked over at Tedros, who was looking at the floor. She could tell that his mind was wondering and part of her wanted to know what the young prince was thinking.

"What's going on in that tiny brain of yours?" Y/n spoke.

Tedros looked up and scowled but then his face softened.

"I'm just thinking about what happened earlier. How could you be friends with someone who treats you that way?" He asked.

Y/n sighed and looked at the wall momentarily, trying to find her words. She turned and looked back at the boy.

"Sophie, Agatha, and I have been friends for many years. Yes, I know Sophie is selfish at times, but she has had her sweet moments. She just wants the happily ever after that she deserves," she replied.

"Even if that means hurting the people she thinks she "cares" about?"

"I just think we need to get out of this place. She wasn't this bad when we lived back home. She wasn't mad at me then."

"Does she... no nevermind," Tedros started but stopped when he thought about it more.

"Go on," Y/n pressed.

"No, no it's alright."

"Tedros."

"Fine. The reason she's so mad at you, is it because she likes me and thinks you're taking me away from her?" He asked.

"I believe that's the case," she replied. "But maybe she'll get over it."

"And if she doesn't?"

"Then I don't know. I'll just have to deal with it."

Suddenly, the nurse walked back into the room with a package of bandages and cream. She handed them to Y/n and gently helped Y/n stand from the chair.

"Change the bandages once a day and make sure to put this cream on before putting the bandage on. This will help with the healing," the nurse spoke kindly.

"Thank you again," Y/n replied.

"Of course dear. You're ready to leave now. Just be careful not to get the cuts inflected."

"I'll make sure she takes great care of them," Tedros answered as he stood from his chair.

Y/n rolled her eyes and made her way toward the door as Tedros followed behind her.

They both said farewell and began walking down the hallway. No matter how slow or fast Y/n would walk, Tedros always managed to keep at the same pace as her.

She glanced over and noticed he was staring ahead, lost in his own thoughts again.

"You're doing it again," Y/n spoke.

"Hm?" He said, looking over at her.

"You're thinking again. You're going to fry that little brain of yours."

"Oh, would you stop it? I'm smarter than you think."

"Mhmm."

"I have an idea," Tedros said, facing Y/n and stopping her from walking forward.

She raised an eyebrow and gave him a confused look.

"Sophie is mad at you because she wants me right?" He asked.

"Yes?"

"What if we just give that to her?" He suggested.

"Are you suggesting...?"

"That I get to know Sophie and become close with her so she stops hurting you."

Y/n stared at him blankly for a moment and then burst into laughter.

"Man you are just as stupid as I thought," she said in between laughs.

"Y/n for once can you just take me seriously here? You're a good person and she's going to keep hurting you until she has me so she can get her happily ever after. You don't deserve that."

"It's not a happily ever after if only one person is happy."

"I would do that for you."

She closed her eyes and sighed. When she opened them, she could see the sincerity in his eyes. He really did want this.

"It's your call Tedros. I'm not going to force you to do something as big as that, but if you believe it's a good idea then you can do it. I won't stop you."

"You couldn't stop me even if you wanted to, Y/n," Tedros smiled down at her.

Y/n couldn't help but smile back.

"We should get to bed now. It's getting late," Y/n spoke, as she looked away from him.

"Yes, you're right. Goodnight Y/n. We'll talk more tomorrow?" He asked.

"I look forward to it. Goodnight Tedros."

Both turned away from each other and went their separate ways. Y/n realized that she too was becoming lost in her own thoughts while Tedros couldn't help but notice a little flicker of light in her eyes when she looked up at him.
