It had been two years to the day since the battle ended when Tony Stark used the Infinity Stones to wipe out Thanos and his army, though at the cost of his own life. He resumed his duties as King, he also returned to be the Black Panther.

Many things have changed.

He and Nakia broke up for good, believing it was best that they just co-parent their son, Toussaint. Erik was alive and now serving as Royal Advisor and Head of Security for Wakanda's Border Tribe.

T'Challa thought he had defeated and killed Erik during their final battle, but he was wrong even though his false death inspired T'Challa to stop isolating Wakanda from the world and provide other nations with their resources.

Erik had been resurrected, no one knows how but the family accepted him and got him the proper help he needed.

Since then, Erik has been on his best behavior and has become the best friend and ally that T'Challa needed.

But at this moment, Erik had T'Challa wishing he could kill him again.

"I'm telling you, T, Oakland got some of the hardest bitches running around," Erik told T'Challa trying to convince him to take a trip to Oakland with him and M'Baku. "Big Gorilla coming too," Erik continued as he placed a hand on his shoulder.

T'Challa raised an eyebrow at Erik.

"How did you convince M'Baku to go on this trip?" T'Challa asked Erik.

Erik smirked.

"I showed him TikTok videos of girls singing that SNL skit called Big Boys, and he said something about finding a woman he can keep warm and fed," Erik answered with a shrug.

"N'Jadaka," He said.

Erik kissed his teeth and had a scowl on his face.

"Ain't my name, T," Erik told him.

"T isn't my name yet you keep calling me that," T'Challa replied.

"It's a nickname," Erik said.

"Anyways, N'J...Erik, I don't know what you and M'Baku have planned for Oakland but I will not be attending this trip," T'Challa told him.

Erik rolled his eyes.

"Why not? You need to relieve some stress and get up under a fine babe in Oakland," Erik said.

"I can do that here," T'Challa said.

"And yet you haven't," Erik said.

Rubbing his temple, T'Challa sighed.

"Very well, Erik. I will go on this trip to Oakland but no funny business," T'Challa said.

Erik smirked.

"Don't worry, T, I got this whole thing planned out for us," Erik said.

"That makes me more worried than anything, Erik," T'Challa said.

"Trust me, it'll be fun," Erik said before T'Challa could change his mind, Erik made a beeline towards the office door and shut it behind him.

He started down the hall and proceeded to stop dead in his tracks.

"Oh, y'all nasty!" He exclaimed, seeing Ayo and Aneka come out of a room together.

Ayo ignored him and went her way while Aneka walked over to Erik and placed an arm around his shoulder.

"So, did he agree to go?" Aneka asked Erik.

Erik nods.

"Yup," Erik answered.

Aneka smiled.

"Excellent, make sure you get him the finest of the finest girls on his arm during the trip, Erik," Aneka said.

Erik nods.

"Of course," Erik said with a chuckle.
