Ch. 12:

I have never been to a recording before. Ai gave me tips and pointers, but as soon as I stood in front of the mic and headphones were on my head, I forgot everything.
There were about four people and then there was Ai. I glanced at him nervously, but he just nodded.
"Hai, onegaishimasu!" One of the recording members said.
I took a deep breath as I sang the intro. (Let's see if you guys can guess which song it is translated)
"The clear blue sky is ever so high and my dream starts..." I sang.
Then, the instrumental.

I closed my eyes. Concentrate. Ai's there. They're just people. It's going to be over soon, I thought.
I missed the next line. Blushing, I apologized.

I tried again three more times and failed, each time worse than the try before.

They all clapped and Ai eyes me strangely.

"Blue Bird." I answered. (Hahaha!! How many of you guessed Aoi Shouta's song?)
"Well, Reika-san, you've just recorded your first song."
I bowed. "Arigato gozaimasu!"
Ai ruffled my hair as we walked out. "Good job." Ai said. "After the first few mistakes, you recovered... According to my data, there was a change in you... An unexpected one... What happened?"

He wrinkled his brow, then shrugged. "Let's go."

I pouted. "Are you implying something?"
He smirked. "Saa, dō kana..."
"Hidoi!" I cried.
"Anyway, we have to get Ringo to fit you, find you an outfit, Shining has to book you-Mmhh!" I cut him off with a sudden kiss.
"Stop talking." I whispered. "Just enjoy the moment."
He sighed as we walked along. "Hai~"
