It was 4.00 am when a loud alarm sounded waking everyone up. I blinked as I sat up in my chair. Everyone was stirring up yawning and looking pissed off.
The soldier who was here last night was back, "Get ready", he spoke and left.

People were lining up to use the restrooms and everyone looked scared. So did I. When the line shortened I entered at stall and changed into my PE uniform without the jacket after a quick shower.
When I returned to the classroom everyone was sitting and the soldiers were back with the crates.
"Each weapon has your name on it", Lieutenant Lance said pointing at them, "When I call your name please come up and take your weapons".
He took out a piece of paper and started reading out names. My name was called the 5th. I walked up and he handed me a 416 COB (Gun), G22 (Pistol), a knife, and many bullets along with a tactical vest.

I sat back down and Lana picked up my Pistol, "This is so scary", she spoke turning it around in her hands, "There's no way I can do this".
"I know", I told her loading the bullets as we were told to do, "But it'll be over, in 30 days".
She put it down and turned towards Leia and Anika, "Guys what are we gonna do?", she asked.
"We already know what we have to do", Anika answered, "Let's just go along with that".
