CH- 16 Blooming Feelings ❣️

Later at night, I returned home to see that everyone was in the living room, except him, discussing something

"Hey guys", I wished, as they diverted their attention to me

"Hey", Said Violet

"So, what's the discussion about?", I asked

"Nothing much, it's just that, Damian's Birthday is coming, so we were planning a surprise party for him", Mom said

"Oh, so that explains why he isn't here", I said

"Oh, he went to the office today for some work", Said dad

"ok, then I'll go freshen up", I said, walking upstairs

The moment I entered the room, I saw that, it was very messy, like a tornado just hit by. I went downstairs and called Violet up

"Oh My god!", She exclaimed, looking at the state of the room

"Did you send a dozen of kids to play here?", I asked her

"What? Of course not!", She said

"Then, who did this?", I said

"Probably Damian", She said

"Did you give him some magic potion through which he could turn into a kid?", I asked

"What are we, Witches and magicians?", She said, giving me a 'are you ok?', look

"Well, who's going to help me set this?", I asked her, as she went on and click a picture of the pile there was.

Pillows were on the ground, Plants were on the bed, all the clothes were thrown here and there, files were scattered, papers were flying, who managed to it? Didn't they get tired?

I let out a sigh, before picking up the things on the ground and throwing them on the bed, let's make some space to walk first

Just as I completed all that, I heard the door open and there stood Damian, guess he came back from the office

Oh my god, the room is still a mess, will he think I made it? Will he get more angry? But I didn't do it! What if some file of his gets spoiled and he blames me for that, that is going to make the situation even worse!!

I thought to myself, as we stood there looking at each other

"Sorry"

"Sorry"

We said together

That's the first word that left our mouths, as we looked at each other again

"I didn't do it" 

"I did it", 

We again said at the same time

"Wait what?, YOU did it?", I asked, hands on my waist, as I stood there looking at him as if he was some kinda alien

"Yeah", he said, scratching the back of his head

"But whyyyyyy?", I said

"Well, I was searching for a file, and... I couldn't find it in my home office, or my office, so I thought it must be here and I was searching for it and I didn't realize, when this mess was made", He said

"And I left in a hurry, so I didn't even know that the mess was this big", He said

"Seriously? You thought the file would be under the plant? Or in the water jug? or inside the clothes?", I said to him

"Come on, I'm sorry, let's clean it together", he said

"But.. why should I clean it? Wasn't it you who made the mess?", I said
