The silence before Charlie answered was deafening.
"YES!!" Charlie yelled slightly.
John felt like the happiest man in the world at that very moment. He felt like all of his problems were solved. They obviously weren't, considering Elizabeth was probably still out there in the world, but that wasn't important. Not right now anyway.
John was embraced into a hug by Charlie, both of their hearts pounding out of their chests. John hadn't really processed the fact the he was now dating Charlie until the hug. He was smiling uncontrollably.
