I had no clue what to wear. Where we going for formal? Casual? I decided to text her.

Do you like causal or formal? I sent.

Well I'm more of a casual girl, but I can get fancy:) She replied.

Awesome, me too haha so...fast food or restaurant? I asked.

Mm...In-N-Out or Panera She said.

I have a whole new liking towards you for that comment haha, I really love in n out but Panera is more chill so Panera? I sent

Sounds great, can't wait to see you:) She said.

I smiled and went to get dressed. I trotted down the stairs in a grey shirt with Alright on it, a black leather jacket, with skinny jeans, converse. I had already set her address into my phone. "Summer come here!" I said, she popped around the corner and I smiled. I sat on the stairs and pulled her onto his lap. I brushed some hair out of her eyes and looked at her. "Daddy's gunna go out with a friend okay? So when you go to bed, daddy might not be here." I said. She looked a little sad. "But hey, I'll be here when you wake up and we'll do whatever you want after morning practice." I said, she then got a bit more happy. "Okay?" I asked. "Okay daddy, I'll miss you." She said putting her arms around my neck. "I'll miss you too baby girl." I said hugging her. I kissed her head and I felt her yawn. I smiled, she was just so perfect in my eyes. All the EP's, albums, record deals, gigs, a slide. Summer is my best accomplishment. Nothing will ever top her. She has and always will be my first priority.

"Daddy I'm tired now, could you put me to bed real quick?" She asked. "Yeah, of course baby." I kisses her head and carried her to my room. I put her to sleep and then went to his car.

I started my commute to Angeica's house. On the way there I realized how much I already missed Summer. I haven't been on a date since I had Summer.

I was very nervous because I know not a damn thing about her. But from what I remember, that's how it's supposed to go. The date is for getting to know one another.
No date
No information.
That's how it's always been. That's just life.

I pulled up to her apartment, her door was right off the street. I got out and went to her door. After we greeted we walked to Panera.

We where seated right away. "You, you look really beautiful." I smiled, secretly nervous. "Thank you, and you look a cross between edgey and handsome." She laughed a little. "Haha thank you, kinda what I was going for." I jokingly smirked. After a bit more of conversation they ate and continued to conversate. "So how old is Summer?" She asked. "She is six, seven in September." I answered. "Aw, well you have done one amazing job. She's the absolute sweetest." She smiled. "I'm glad that you like her. I've never dated until now with her in my life." I said "So I'm a bit nervous how she'll react when she isn't the only important girl in my life." I said looking up at her, she smiled. "Well I hope she doesn't mind to much because she's got one amazing dad." She said. "I only wish she had an amazing mom. But um...well hey enough about ne. Tell me where does such a gem such as yourself come from?" I asked eager to get the subject off of me. "Well I lived in Texas until I was 17 then my sister wanted to move here to Cali so I came with her since she was too young to have an apartment on her own at the time." She said. "Ooo Texas is great. I like the rush of Dallas but I've herd it can be really scenic." I said. "Yeah, it's really beautiful. It was great but you can feel a bit trapped." She said. "Gosh I hate that feeling. But now you aren't as trapped right?" I asked as we got up and walked to the door. "In obvious ways no. But in internal ways yes." She said. I opened the door for her and we started to walk down the dim street. "I guess I can understand that." I said. "So since I've told you that much why don't we do like a q&a." She said. "That'd be awesome." I smiled.

"Okay so, favorite movie." She asked.

"Without a doubt Pirates of the Caribbean." I answered. "No way! That is super cool." She smiled. "Yours?" I asked. "I love The Blind Side but Iwill watch and love any Disney movie." She said. "I love that. So would I." I smiled. She is so cute. I couldn't help but think. I walked her home since she lived close by.

I really didn't want this night to end. She's looking to sexy and beautiful and I honestly could see her walking to me in a pretty white dress, and since I'm being honest I wouldn't mind laying her down and showing her how much I know I already love her.

"This is me." She brought me from my thoughts. I looked up and saw we where at the end of stairs. I looked up and saw a door. "I had an amazing time tonight." She said. "Me too. I hope we can do it again." I smiled. "I'd love that." She said. "What are you doing Thursday?" I asked a bit nervous. "Hopefully going out with you." She smiled, I laughed slightly feeling a huge weight off me. "Can I intrest you in maybe going to lunch?" I asked. "Sounds perfect." She said. I couldn't help but smile. She's making my heart beat faster. "I'll pick you up?" I asked. "Well you could come over here via car. Then park it right there and we go down to the best hole in the wall diner." She said. "You had me at park it." I smiled, she busted out laughing as did I. I love her laugh and smile, I can hardly breathe she takes my breath away so bad. I looked at her. I mean I really looked at her, taking in how gorgeous she really is. "You're so beautiful." I mindlessly said. She blushed cutely looking away. "No one has ever made me feel the way you made me feel tonight..." she trailed off looking up at me. I smiled. "I feel like I can do anything in this moment..." she said. "You deserve to feel like that everyday of your life." I smiled.
We ended up chatting and basically conversating on her porch for 45 minutes. "I kinda hate to go but its late and I promised Summer that we'd spend the entire day together tomorrow." I said. "Aw that's great!" She smiled. "If you don't mind could you take some pictures?" She asked. "Oh yeah, she loves selfies." I laughed. "I had a great time. I'll see you Thursday." She smiled. She bent down and kissed my cheek. I felt goosebumps skatter all over my skin.
She walked up the stairs and unlocked her door. She looked back at me and smiled, I smiled back happily. She shut the door and I smiled somehow bigger. I jumped and pumped my fist in the air.
This was the best night ever.
