Chapter 13

Y/n POV: 

In the Black Box, I sit beside Jade, laying my head on her shoulder. Beck is sitting next to me with his hand on my thigh. 

Cat and Andre are doing a skit. Sikowitz put them in on the stage.

"Ow, ow ow!" Cat's character said. "I'm so scared."

"Try to relax." Andre's character told her. "Everything is going to be all right."

"You have to get me to a doctor."

"Shh! If that spider bites Your eyeball, you could die in minutes." 

"Oh, man, please get it off my eye."

"I'm going to try. Now, shh. Don't move, and don't make a sound."

A phone started ringing, making everyone jump.

"Aah!" 

"Oh, man, the ringing is back! Ah!" Sikowitz said, trying to shake off whatever ringing he thought it was.

"Sikowitz, hey, sikowitz." Jade is trying to get his attention.

"Sikowitz!" Everyone called out to get his attention.

"Yes?" He said.

"That was a phone." Robbie said." 

"Whos?"

"Mines." Tori said.

"Tori."

"I swear, I thought I had it on vibrate." 

"Class is no place for swearing or vibrating."

"Maybe we should start the scene over." Andre asked, still using his character's voice

"Can we?" Cat asked

"No, Cat, it's too late."Sikowitz said. "By now, that spider would have bitten your character's eyeball,  and you'd be dying a spastic, painful death."

"Thanks a lot, Tori." Cat said.

"Well, we have about four minutes left. Why don't we all chat about our weekend plans? Robbie, I assume you have none."

Robbie looked around, getting a bit offended, making it look like he might have some plan for the weekend, but he stopped in defeat. "I don't."

"Rex?"

"I'm gonna par-tay with a couple of girls from Northridge." Rex said.

"Northridge girls? That should be an adventure."

"Heh heh, what can I say?"

"Hey, guess what, Jade and I are doing tonight?" Cat said, but just received silence.

"What are you and Jade doing tonight, Kit Kat." I asked her.

"There's this new place in Los Feliz. It's called Karaoke Dokie, and they have singing competitions. On the weekends. So Jade and I are gonna do a song."

"I'm picking the song." Jade said. 

"Jade's picking the song."

"Can Rex and I come sing too?" Robbie asked Cat.

"Sure." Cat said.

"I told you, I got the Northridge girls." Rex said.

"They can come watch." Robbie told him

"Nah, man, then they're gonna want us to buy 'em food and beverages."

"So?"

"They're from Northridge. I don't wanna gonna spend money on 'em."
