"So, if I beat you, what's in it for me?" I asked her as she frowned.

"Hindi ko na papaulit yung nangyari nung quiz bee." She said confidently as I laughed.

"Surely. But what will you bet, just in case you lose. Hm, Elle?" I asked. I'm sure she doesn't remember me anyway so she'll think I gave her a new nickname.

"Er, baka four requests? Pero dapat ganoon din yung gawin mo pag ako yung nanalo." She said as I laughed.

"Surely." Surely, I won't let you win because I need the four requests against you.

We started answering the questions, thirty minutes to answer the question was actually a bit too long. I can finish this in just fifteen to twenty minutes given that the question was made by Zac.

How do I know? Well, the questions are so like Zac and it doesn't take a genius to know that he had a part in making these especially he has a connection with Elle's friend, Chrizzna.

"Naglalaro ka ng sports?" She asked after we finished the questions.

I nodded. "Baseball mainly." I replied as she nodded.b

"Aside from Math, sa anong subject ka pa nage excell?" She asked again and I couldn't help but to laugh. I know she's got a high pride. Probably higher than her height.

"What's this? Interview about my skills?" I asked as she shamelessly nodded. Damn she didn't even hide it dude.

"Yep." She shamelessly answered.

"What about my personal life? Hindi mo tatanungin?" I sounded joking but hell, I wanted her to ask me about my personal life.

"I'm not interested in you, I'm just interested in your skills." She bluntly said and I mouthed an inaudible "ouch".

Literal na ouch pare. Ang sakit naman neto magsalita.

"I excell in any subject. But you can say I'm better at Mathematics than anyone else." I said as she scoffed.

"Yabang mo naman po, Kuya." She said as I laughed. Kuya? Really? She must think I'm older than her.

"What month were you born in?" I asked. I know what month she's born in, I'm just going to ask.

"January." She answered as I laughed.

"Oh, such a coincidence. I'm also born on the month of January." I said with a smile.

"January what?" She asked as a smile formed on my lips.

I know I was taught to not assume unless stated but can I assume-just a little bit, I swear-that she sounds interested in me?

"I thought, you're not interested in me, hm?" I teased as she frowned.

"Shut up and just answer me, second year." She scoffed as I laughed. Bilis mapikon as ever.

"January 10. How about you?" I asked as she sighed.

"13." Thought so.

"What's your IQ?" She curiously asked as I tilted my head. She was really serious about knowing my skills huh?

"IQ? As in Intelligence quotient?" I asked as she frowned.

"Oo nga. Ano ka ba naman parang hindi nag grade 2." She jokingly said. Hindi naman talaga.

"Hindi nga." I replied as she looked at me with doubt in her eyes.

"Weh?" She said, not believing me. God, if only her memory is like mine she would know that we're just the same age.
