🤍

Ruby loved New York. She knew she was made for the big city and not some small murder town. Although life hadn't been as easy since the Woodsboro attack last year, word got out about Sam and Jade being Billy's daughters. See, both Jade and Sam had been under fire since word got out. Social media was brutal, Sam was being called a killer and a theory had started that it was actually her that planned the whole attack and blamed Richie- who was now some innocent angel. Absolute bullshit if you're asking Ruby. Then there was Jade, for her things were easier, she was media trained so all she had to do was tell white lies.

She admitted she was a Loomis in fact she embraced it, legally she changed her last name to Loomis-Kincaid so the world knew she wasn't afraid of the truth without offending Mark who'd earned the title of dad. Speaking of, she told the world about that night - telling them the truth but left a few things out. She defended Sam as best she could but the media wasn't as accepting with her step sister as they was with herself. Jade was still under fire and people still thought she helped Sam orchestrate the murders though they'd started to leave her be and focus on Sam, Jade wasn't an easy target and well the media failed to get under the girls skin in the same way it did Sam's. Jades job was tough, some company's didn't want to work with a serial killers daughter but others stuck by her side making it easier on the girl

Ruby, Ryder and Tara were also associated with the murders but they wasn't blamed - they were victims like Chad and Mindy. After the attack the group finished high school and moved into college, in New York to be exact. Sam had taken Blair up on her offer to stay in New York, while the girls were trying to find somewhere to stay they moved in with the Kincaid-Loomis family. Blair and Mark had the room and was willing to help them find an apartment, that she did. Ruby enjoyed having her best friend around so did Ryder and Sam even grew on the twins! Who would've thought?

Sidney moved away with Mark and the kids, Blair usually has a weekly conversation with her best friend over the phone. Their conversation usually goes on for a good 2 hours minimum until someone is forced to leave the call. The second final girl was finally getting her happy ending - Blair couldn't be happier for her. Then as expected Gale wrote a book- another one this time throwing the Carpenters under the bus and she didn't spare Jade much either though she went easier on the Kincaid girl. Everyone was pissed, even Ryder! But for Blair it was like deja vu.

So here they were now, Ruby was dressed as her late aunt Tatum wearing a yellow sweater and red 70s style skirt along with white go go boots. She thought It'd be a fun outfit and a cute little tribute but she wasn't looking forward to coming home later and having to face her mom, Blair wouldn't see the funny side of it - maybe when she was younger but not now. Her hair was tied half up half down with her bangs left out, a white bow tied around the hair band. She stood in the corner of a frat house sipping from a red plastic cup, Tara was stood beside her taking gulps from her own cup- She was dressed as a fortune teller
