"Prison" I paused "he's in prison" I finished as Sammy had a shocked look on his face.
"If you don't mind me asking, for what?" he said as I sighed.
"He went to jail on account of a molestation charge" I said as Sam hugged me.
"I'm sorry" he said "At least it wasn't you" he added.
"It was"
"He caught the charge for molesting me Sammy" I said holding my tears in.
"He was my favorite person in the world, my rock,my everything"
"Until he turned into that monster I know him as now"
"I went to him for everything, when I was sad, mad and even just because I trusted him"
"It started when I was around 7 or 8 I never kept count because I wanted to forgetit happened. To forget him" I said as tears slowly fell down my face.
"You see Sam, pain is something in my life that is the only constant. The only thing I know is bound to happen. Pain always seems to get me, to happen to me. Whether its physical pain, mental pain or the famous emotional pain" I said sniffling.
"My father broke my heart for the first time when he did that, he shaped me into what I am today. He's the reason I'm afraid to be close to people, I'm afraid I'll be used for my body, or for something they want" I confessed.
"Ever since then my heart has been a punching bag. One big punching bag everyone seems to use" I cried.
"I just wanna know when it will stop, when I can find someone who'll care for me for me"
"Maybe, maybe is actually no and I'm one lost cause" I said as he held me close to his chest.
"I'll be your constant Chloe'"
"I'll be the one who never leaves" Sam said kissing my cheek.
"I'll care for you" he said as I smiled.
A weak but meaningful smile.
Maybe I found some stability in Sammy.
Not forget maybe, I have found some stability in Sammy.
