Ch:22 Secrets and Lies

One month later*

Y/n's POV:

It's been a month since that incident. Me and Felix are good friends again, just like before. But although, sometimes things get awkward between us, knowing that we still have deep feelings for each other. We both are attracted to each other, and I almost did something yesterday that I never imagined in my million years to do that!

"Guys! I'm going insaneeeeeee, I think?"

"What happened master?" Asked the Bee kwami.

"You always were," said Oriko which made me side-eye him.

"Calm down everyone and let the guardian explain herself," Sass said calmly.

"I almost kissed Felix yesterday! I'm going insane by just looking at him! And whenever I think of him or look at him, a picture of us kissing pops up in my head like, what the f*ck? It's not like we haven't kissed or something, for like... Two times? But yeah, I don't know what to do!?" I blabbered the words that came up in my head and started whining at the end.

"How about you go to school for now?" Trixx suggested with a smug look on his face.

"Right... Your right-" I turned my head towards the hanging clock on the wall of my room and I almost spit the water from my mouth which I was drinking from my favourite cup. "It's 7:15 already!?"

I got up from my bed and ran out of my room, "bye mom, I'm leaving for school!" I shouted as I passed her and ran towards the door.

"What about the sandwich I made?!"

I ran to school with the sandwich in my hand as I took one bite out of it. By the time I reached the school, the sandwich was already finished. I went upstairs to class, and barged inside. I heard Miss Bustier say my name so I shouted as I barged in, "PRESENT!" Everyone in the class turned to me

"Y/n, why are you so late today?" She asked me with her hands fold.

"I'm so sorry Miss Bustier but the thing is, my alarm didn't ring... But I will try not to be late again!" I said as I slightly bowed for respect.

"That's okay, I understand. Now go and take your seat," she said, gesturing at the back where Felix was sitting, who was already looking at me. My stomach did a small flip but I didn't think much about it. I nodded at her and a small smile was planning on my lips. I walked to the back, towards my seat and sat beside Felix.

After few attends, Miss Bustier called out for Felix. I turned to look at him to see what he was doing.

Felix's POV:

I was just thinking of Y/n when suddenly she barged inside the room. My eyes landed on her, staring at her eyes, mouth, face. Hearing her words and observing her actions.

"That's okay, I understand. Now go and take your seat," Miss Bustier said to Y/n as she gesturing towards my direction. Y/n turned to look at me, to find me staring at her but I didn't look away.

When she sat beside me, I instantly looked away from and stared out the window which was the opposite side from hers.

I was lost in my thoughts, thinking about the one and only thing... 'Y/n.'

After a few minutes, I felt a hand grabbing on my shoulder and slightly shaking me, calling my name. My head spun around and I instantly faced Y/n.

"Felix, Miss Bustier has been calling you for the past two minutes." She eyes me.
