The day arrived to start my Secondary school journey.. it's gonna be good right I'll have people that understand me right? Nope! But more on that later

I was a very sad, lonely, depressed and a very traumatised little boy when I started Orchard I was crying everyday I wouldn't talk to anyone I would bury my face into my arms and just cry and cry saying "I wanna go home, I wanna go home" .....

So I got up and told Joanne (my teacher) and I remember crying and saying "I wanna go home"

Then Joanne signalled the teaching assistant to get a person in, to cheer me up and there she was Gemma Draper a person who looked after me and understood me in Primary!

I remember Gemma saying " Hey Joseph, I don't think you remember me but I was in Middlethorpe"

And then my face lit up as I remembered her and we talked and I just spent time with her...

Things looked better I am pleased to say I managed to conquer it and be happy I was happy all the way up to year 8.. that's when things changed again......
