Chapter 43: Trapped In His Prison

Eternity. It stretched before him like an endless, barren desert—no beginning, no end, just an infinite expanse of unchanging monotony. For Earth-71 Henry West-Allen, the promise of no end was the joy and fulfillment of life but in the Casey expanse of the multiverse lived another, Henry Thawne; having been abandoned by his family at a very young age, no father, no mother; born to wonder the world alone

He became a tormenter...judge, jury and executioner; he had no emotion, no regret, no remorse, life had so little to offer except for a kingdom, but the world has become his kingdom, running alone for all eternity

But what's the point of being alone if you're trapped in a prison all your own? Time has become his prison, seconds, minutes, hours, days..that was a prison all for him

His choices had come to torture; one man responsible for the downfall of Speed Demon..his own family..his own relative had trapped him in a prison..and for that.. was something he'd never forget

Future Erick: Thinking again, are we?

Future Erick says to his nephew more as a laugh then a question; Henry cracked his neck before huffing out as he rose up to his feet, closing his eyes for a moment thinking about how nice it'd be to kill his uncle..unfortunately for him, he didn't have the power here; Henry reopens his eyes and then spoke

Henry: You come to gloat, Erick?

Future Erick chuckled, leaning back in his seat as he rest his left arm on his knee

Future Erick: Just came to check up on you.

Henry: Like you care.

He replied starting to pace thought they were basically baby steps given his small space

Henry: If you cared, you wouldn't have trapped me...

He raises his arms then slams them back down in front of him, letting out a scream in front of Erick though the ten thousand year old speedster wasn't the least bit concerned about his scream
