The morning sun streamed through my window as I dressed, nerves were fluttering in my stomach. Today was the day Minho and I decided to meet up, a defining moment after the emotional turmoil of the recent weeks. I tried to push aside my lingering doubts and uncertainties, focusing instead on the possibility of clarity and closure.

Arriving at the park, I scanned the area, spotting Minho leaning against a tree near a secluded bench. The surrounding trees and dense foliage created a private haven, completely shielding us from view. His smile was warm and inviting as I approached, nerves giving way to a sense of calm in his presence.

"Hi." Minho greeted softly, stepping forward to embrace me briefly. "Thanks for coming."

"Hey." I replied, returning the smile, grateful for the familiar comfort he offered. "What's this place?"

"It's just a quiet spot I discovered recently." he explained, leading me to the bench. "I thought we could have some privacy to talk."

We settled down, the air filled with a gentle breeze and the distant chirping of birds. For a moment, we simply sat in silence, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Then, Minho cleared his throat, his expression serious yet gentle.

His eyes meeting mine. "How have you been since we got back from Jeju? It feels like it's been a whirlwind."

I nodded, grateful for the chance to ease into the conversation. "It has been... I've been trying to sort through everything. The trip was amazing, though. I still can't believe we climbed that mountain!"

Minho chuckled softly, a fond glint in his eyes. "Yeah, that was quite the adventure. Remember the view from the top?"

"Yeah! It was breathtaking." I agreed, a smile tugging at my lips as we reminisced about the trip's lighter moments. "And the food! I feel like I'll take a pause on seafood for a while."

He nodded, his gaze lingering on mine with a hint of warmth. "It was fun, wasn't it? I'm glad we all went together."

"Yeah, me too." I replied softly, feeling a familiar undercurrent of tension between us. Despite the weight of unspoken emotions, I found comfort in Minho's presence, in the easy way we could talk and laugh together.

As we talked about our favorite moments from the trip, the conversation flowed easily, avoiding deeper topics yet hinting at the unspoken feelings simmering beneath the surface. I savored these moments with Minho, knowing they were fleeting yet precious.

Finally, Minho took a deep breath, his expression growing more serious. "Miyoung... I feel like we need to address the situation with Hyunjin and how this could also affect the group."
