Chapter 43 - Confession

Rion POV

I punched Ralph stomach before he lost his rational earned a harsh growl from his mate. What a pain an ass with a werewolf overprotective mate? I mean this is the best solution before Ralph turn out to be a fearful beast.

I lift Ralph limp body into a comfortable wide couch. His mate came near me, but I ignore him. I can't bear to see his lost himself once again. It is my turn to take away all his miserable life. I swear I will kill whoever dares to touch my nephew.

"Kurt pleases watches Ralph and never gives him a chance to leave this ground. Ian might head in this direction." I command Kurt to watch Ralph.

I wipe a single tears escape from Ralph close. Shit, the Moon Goddess really likes to mess out our life.

"Why did you knock him out? Isn't it better if he joins the search party?" Kurt interjects my remorse memories.

"Not... he can't do it because his mind will in a chaotic state and probably mixed out with Lucy tragedy. For their race the chaotic mind will cause their lost their sanity. He had suffered too much to count by finger, but he keeps up because the treasure devils he has in life. If he lost them he might turn worse than normal feral wolves." Our life is really the miserable once.

I caress Ralph fainted face; ".... Don't worry buddy, I will find him. Just rest a bit...and remember that I can't lose you for the second times..." I whisper into his ear. I can't let him walk in darkness once again.

"Blake... can you hear me?" his mate tense when I called Ralph wolf. Ralph eyes slowly open, but he hazel eyes had changed to gold orbs.

"Yes Rion... what it is?" Blake said annoyances.

"Please keep Ralph in deep slumber until I find Ian."

"Not... I will partake in search party too. Ian is very precious to us..." See both wolf and human side really alike.

"If you value your other devils, I advise you stay low here. Did you mistrust me? Was I powerless in both of your eyes? Yeah.... I admit that I'm useless because I let Ralph suffered too long. I... I..." Blake hugged me.

"Stop it Rion, we both knew you also in some shit hole. Our life was considered a little better than the one you had through." Blake caresses my hair softly.

"... Okay, I will keep him safe here. I promise." My brother and his wolf really have a soft spot when I used a trick like that. This trick I had used from a long time ago, but not in a bad way.

"Who are you anyway?" a subtle voice rings beside me.

"The one who is more precious in Ralph life than you lowly ex-mate." I chuckle and provoke his pride.

"No one will take our mate... and you are nobody in Ralph Life." He hissed between his straight-line lips.

"Oh, but my eyes didn't see any marks dedicated he is yours, little pup." I detected a hurt flash in his dark blue orbs. Seem like his wolf merge with his rising anger. He grabs my collar shirt and whispers a dangerous warning.

"Listen carefully... he is mine and only mine. It is final." I pushed him a little and he stumbled into a glass table.

"Whatever pup... remember you has lost your right to claim him." I turn around, but halts after a few steps. "...oh I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Rion... and if you never rejected Ralph, you will be my beloved brother-in-law." I smirked after seeing his mouth widened and disappeared.

Kai POV...

Bloody crazy. It is unbelievable to think that punk is Ralph's brother. Isn't Ralph brother is my third in command, Jason? Kurt unfazed by the fact mean he knows everything. He just wore poker face.
