"What did you guys want to see today?" Changbin asked Minho and Jisung as they made their way towards the catering building. It was around ten in the morning. A fairly warm day but the group could still be comfortable in joggers and hoodies. After the long journey yesterday the group decided they should all have a lie-in and not worry about getting up early.

"There's diving on right?" Minho asked as he walked besides Changbin as they reached the pathway that led into the food hall. Jisung had already seen pictures of the long pathway which housed every participating country's flag on a flagpole blowing lightly in the wind. It was incredible to take it. He was actually here, at the Olympics. He knew he had promised his family to send them a photo of him with the Olympic ring statue that had been set up just down the road near the Irish house, he needed to remember to do it sooner than later.

"We could go see that yeah, then find some food to eat as an early dinner." Changbin agreed lightly, not too fussed about what they went to see.

"Miihi and Jeongyeon had gotten up slightly earlier to head to the equestrian event. Yeji, their friend is participating so they wanted to go and support her." Changbin explained as they entered the hall.

It wasn't too busy as it was fairly late for most athletes to eat breakfast but Jisung was happy enough that they were still serving a wide variety of choices. He had to be careful with what he ate for his diet but he knew he could potentially slack off the next couple of days before they then start with light training sessions before their own events got underway. Although Jisung still couldn't help but feel slightly out of place. He spotted a couple of pretty famous athletes walking around the canteen which left him slightly in awe and a bit dazed.

"Ji you good?" Minho approached the younger boy as had stopped in his tracks looking at the groups of people at their own tables.

"Um, yeah good, just taking it all in I guess." Jisung hummed out as he followed the boy to where Changbin was. He had already begun to grab a tray and ask the servers for specific portions of the food.

Jisung noticed they had gone to the French cuisine section. The perfect way to start their adventure in Paris it seemed. Jisung grabbed a couple of croissants, one plain and one with chocolate. There was some orange juice and a few fruits which Jisung selected.

He stayed behind Minho, quick on his tail so he didn't get split up from the pair. He couldn't bear to be left alone right now in the new place. He was sure he could find his way back to their room but he didn't want to take that risk. The trio found a set of tables that only had a couple of other athletes on it. They seemed to be from Chile. They all smiled and said a small hi before going back to conversing with their teammates. Jisung was secretly happy they didn't want to start up a conversation.

"We could check out Beach Volleyball?" Minho suggested as he dug into his madeline.

"Oh yeah, that's right by the Eiffel Tower right? We could go up afterwards. Pretty sure that one of the perks of our lanyards is skipping the queue to get the tickets and going up." Changbin agreed easily as he munched on some toast.

"Happy with that Ji?" Minho looked across the table towards Jisung.

Jisung had absentmindedly been listening, just nodding along to whatever was being said. He was still fairly exhausted after the opening ceremony. They had been stuck on a boat going down the seine for a couple of hours and it had begun raining which hadn't made the experience very pleasant. He had begun to feel slightly seasick from the rocking and had promptly fallen asleep when he and Minho had managed to get back to their room at midnight.

"Whatever floats your boat." Jisung shrugged and responded in English. Not even bothering to try and speak Korean. His brain was so wired with anxious energy and tiredness everything was going in one ear and out the other.
