"Severide report!" Boden's voice was shaking as he yelled through the radio to his missing lieutenant.
"Chief we have to go in!" Casey said his voice sounded terrified as he worried for his best friend. Boden was visibly worried as this expression was seen by his fellow firehouse members.
"Ok. Capp you lead the way to where you saw Severide last and take squad with you. Casey take Herrmann and Otis along with you. Everybody be careful in there and radio once you find him."
Brett and Dawson were still treating some of families that were taken out of the fire. Upon hearing that Severide was still inside during the explosion worried Brett. Even though she only knew him for a couple months they had started to become good friends. She cared for the handsome man.
"Casey! Make sure you bring him back alive!" Brett called after Casey. He looked back and gave a slight nod before heading inside the now well-done building. Dawson gave her a strange look but she didn't care about the looks she got from others, but focused on the well-being of Severide.
"Are you and Severide...?" Dawson questioned.
"What? Uh, no! I'm just worried about him that's all." Brett stammered. Dawson believed that they weren't dating but believed there was something unspoken happening. She was determined to find out. Maybe even help things along....
Her thoughts were abruptly stopped when she heard a staticky voice come through the radio....
