"Where's Babe?" Brandon asked as he entered the living room after taking a shower.

"Outside talking to Zeus," North said as he leaned against the wall facing outside. He lifted his coffee cup to his mouth but his eyes never left the glass sliding door.

"She okay?" Brandon asked.

"Baby's fine," North shot him a glare before turning his attention back to her.

"She just wants to make sure Zeus isn't feeling replaced or neglected," Kota smirked. "It makes sense."

"Ugh, let's not even talk about that," Luke frowned as he plopped down on the couch. "That is never going to happen."

"Sure, okay," North mumbled but quickly grew quiet as Rose leaned down and kissed the top of his head before standing. She took a picture of him on her phone before walking inside. "Hey Baby."

"Hi," she whispered as she headed to her art room.

A couple of minutes later, Nathan knocked on her door. "Hey Peanut, we know you don't want to leave Zeus and the puppy, so how about we go for a little walk before it gets too dark? Get out of the house for a bit with the babies? Kota said there's a place close by that has puppy ice cream."

She nodded then followed him out to the living room. The men waited as she got Zeus in his vest and Luke handed her the puppy. "Have you thought of a name for him yet, Cupcake?"

"Klaus," she whispered as she followed them out the door. Victor locked it before slipping the keys into his pocket. "This way," she motioned to the right so they could start walking down the sidewalk.

"It's nice out tonight," Kota smiled as Max wagged his tail happily. "I can see why you like living here."

She nodded as she looked up at the red, pink, and orange sky. Nathan wrapped his arm around her waist and she smiled as she rested her head on his chest. The walk was filled with silence but as they stood in line to get some frozen yogurt and puppy ice cream a realization crossed her mind. The whole walk there she wasn't nervous, there wasn't that awkward silence around them that she was expecting. She could sit with them in silence and it was okay. Her smile grew even bigger as she stepped even closer to Nathan and sighed softly. Nathan dropped a kiss to her head then placed their orders.

"Look at that smile," Nathan whispered, "whatever you're thinking, keep thinking it. Like you being this relaxed and happy with us."

She clutched his shirt tighter then walked over to Silas. He immediately scooted back and wrapped his arm around her waist, gently leading her onto his lap then holding her securely against him. He continued his conversation with Axel as she rested her head on his chest. After a few moments she rose from Silas' lap and walked over to Axel. He mimicked Silas by scooting back and securing her in his lap while continuing his conversation. Silas smirked at the grin forming on Axel's face as she started braiding a small section of Axel's hair absentmindedly.

"Don't stop, Doll," Axel said casually when he felt her tense as she realized what she was doing. He ran his thumb up and down on the small section of skin that was showing before going back to his conversation with Silas.

"We need to start heading back soon," North said as he looked up at the sky. "It's getting dark."

"And it's almost time for the puppy's next feeding," Marc said as he looked at his watch.

The walk back was done in comfortable silence as she carried the puppy in her arms while Zues remained by her side. The men noticed that he was walking slower than normal but didn't say anything about it. Once they were at her house, she passed the puppy over to Sean before heading to her room. She emerged a few moments later in black sleep shorts that were barely visible under her large dark purple tee-shirt that had a gray skull with a crown resting on it. On her feet were black fuzzy socks and there were stars in random spots and each star was a different color.

"Here you go Cutie," Nathan said as he held out the bottle.

She stood in front of him and looked up into his blue eyes. He almost frowned in confusion as he took in her nervous state. She was clutching the sides of her shirts as she looked for something within him. He wasn't sure what it was but he would hold her gaze for as long as she needed until she found, or didn't find, whatever it was that she was looking for. After a few minutes, even though it felt way longer to him, she let out an exhale of some relief and slowly, nervously, raised her arms, "Ups?" she whispered scared.

"Gladly Peanut," he beamed as he lifted her up and kissed her hair. Her legs wrapped around his waist as her arms went around his neck. "We'd carry you everywhere if you let us," he admitted as he carried her over to Kota so he could give her the puppy. "Let's get our baby fed so it can get ready for bed."

She whispered something and he chuckled. "Oy what?" Gabe asked curiously. "What are you fucking talking about over there?"

"Baby!" She gasped as she glared at him and pointed her finger. "Bad."

"Sorry, Trouble" Gabe pouted. "I'll work on it."

"Yeah well, while you are doing that," Nathan chuckled, "our girl was wondering about getting some matching pjs for our babies."

"Oy already on it," Gabe beamed proudly as he hopped up off the floor where he was leaning about Luke's legs. He rushed out to the garage then came back a few minutes later with some bags in his hands. "And before you even ask, I get sets for all three fu...freaking babies. Now do we want them in duckies or stars or rainbows and clouds?"
