This isn't my normal chapter but I figured I'd give out some tips and tricks I've learned instead of writing about how awful I feel knowing it's been a full year since this happened. So here you go!
1: Hot Pads are Your Best Friend!
I love shopping just as much as any girl, but after a long day of shopping I'm achy and tired. So I use my hot pad at night. Whenever you are all ready for bed, or even gonna watch a movie, use the hot pad. I have one that turns off after a certain amount of time and I love it!2. Pain Meds Before & After.
This is one my doctor constantly tells me and it definitely helps. If you know you are going out somewhere and you'll be walking around a lot, take pain medicine before the event and then after.3. Fuzzy Blankets Make Everything Better.
As ridiculous as the it sounds, they really help.4. Prenatal Vitamins.
I take oral methotrexate and without prenatal vitamins I will feel sick to my stomach the day after taking them and won't do much, which is so not fun.5. Advil PM.
This stuff helps with painsomnia really well, and even though I just recently discovered it I think it'll become besties with my hot pad.
