Hey everyone. Sorry to post an update without any new chapters, but I have something serious I need to discuss with you all.

Recently I was informed of a story that was making it's way about wattpad that was allegedly a copy to this one. Knowing I was publishing a story to an online website, I of course expected this. I decided to check out the story for myself and have found the report to be true.

Several of the chapters copied my exact phrasing multiple times, changing one or two characters or giving the reader a defined backstory.

While I am all for creativity and showing your passions, and am actively writing a story based on a video game that is very similarly uploading one chapter at a time. I acknowledge that the story I'm writing is in fact based on or further copying the work of MOB Entertainment.

What I don't condone however is plagiarism, taking something from someone else and posing it as your own. Therefor I am looking into taking this other story down. I'm also not going to mention the name of the story nor author to ensure no one goes crazy on them.

Once again, I fully support the creativity one shows to others. But if it is straight copying of someone else's hard work, then it's something I can't appreciate.

I ask of all of you reading this to take these words into heart.

When it comes to someone who's plagiarizing someone else, That isn't okay when it happens. But it also isn't okay for you to take any sort of physical or cybernetic action against them beyond the allowed limit.

Being inspired by someone to create something else is perfectly manageable, but not to steal and copy from them.

Please take these words into consideration and understand that I have dealt with the situation.
