Ok guys here's another upload and I would just like to say if you're gonna start calling me names and say I 'ruined the book' just don't comment. I mean seriously? I am writing this. I'm sorry you don't like the choices I made but that's not your call. Also a lot of people pointed out that almost everyone prefers Aaron to Nate and they wondered why I would purposely choose the choice almost no one wanted. It's because if she chose Aaron THE BOOK WOULD END. I hope you all realize that if there was no love triangle there would be no story. I don't mind if you guys post that you want her with Aaron or whatever but please don't call me names and don't say I've ruined the story. Also I'm sorry if that choice made you stop reading this because I also got multiple messages saying that people couldn't read it anymore, and I'm sorry you feel this way. I hope you'll all keep reading.

Also sorry this chapter is short, I just wanted to stop it there.

Enjoy.

Chapter forty

I woke up the next morning with Nate lying next to me.

I quietly got up and threw on a pair of pink shorts and my short sleeved red Bazooka Bubble Gum t-shirt.

I left the room as silently as I could before tip toeing downstairs to make some breakfast.

I got myself a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios before sitting down at the table.

I don’t regret sleeping with Nate but I wasn’t ecstatic like I had been after I slept with Aaron.

Maybe I wanted to feel loved like that again.

Or maybe I just did it out of spite because as much as I hated to admit it, I was mad that Aaron had taken Nadia to the dance.

Although I bet they had gone someplace and done the same thing Nate and I had done. In fact I didn’t doubt it.

I finished my cereal and had decided that I didn’t regret any of my decisions.

“Hey.” Zane said from the doorway making me jump. I smoothed down my hair and smiled. “Don’t bother.” He said holding his hand up. “I already saw your walk of shame.”

I let my mouth fall open. “That was not a walk of shame!” I protested. “I wasn’t sneaking out.”

“Of course not.” He said grinning. “It’s your house…you just snuck down to the kitchen.”

“So I wouldn’t wake anyone up.”

“Ok.” He said holding his hands up in defeat. “Whatever you say.”

I stood up shaking my head and was about to leave when I paused mid-step. “Hey wait.” I said turning back to him. “You snuck down here too didn’t you?” He paused looking over at me. “You’re on my ass about the walk of shame? Hypocrite!” I laughed.

“Ok now, mines not a walk of shame.”

“Well neither is mine.” I shot back at him.

“Ok.” He said nodding.

“Alright.”

“Wait.” He said scrunching his eyebrows. “So we’re both agreed that there is no shame walking, right?”

“Yes.” I laughed. “No shame walking.”

Later that day Kalina, Hailey and I went shopping for summer clothes since we were graduating in less than three weeks. The boys were somewhere in the mall probably looking at video games or something. Even Aaron was with us because Brad had invited him. However I told Nate not to say anything about last night.
