Chapter 13- Kidnapped

~Carol's P.O.V~

After everything with Rick we went out separate ways while he stayed in the room. I walked by as I saw Haley laying down in her cell. She was hurt, Daryl is gone, I just don't understand why he would just leave her, and for Merle. The next morning she was the same she spent most of the day in her cell, at one point I began talking to her

"Is that why your so afraid?" I asked

"Part of the reason"

"Haley you don't know they are coming after you"

"I heard them, they told me they were going to find me, we've been at this prison for a long time. I'm just afraid they might know where we are, where I am"

"Your gonna be fine, we all are"

She nodded "I'm gonna go keep watch outside" She turned he back and walked out

She was going through so much, I felt for her. She's lost her family, we've even lot people too. But right now I know Daryl meant so much to her, and he left.

~Haley's P.O.V~

After I kept watch for awhile I went back inside. Rick as mia, the rest of the group was in the cell block, Glenn was trying to come up with a plan. He was saying how with Rick gone awol and Daryl not being there he was next in charge. I decided to get buckets of water from the stream at the back of the prison. I grabbed two buckets and heading to the back of the prison. All I had on my mind was Daryl. Why would he just leave like that? I was upset with him but I knew if I saw him again I would just hug him so tightly instead of turning my back on him. Once I filled the buckets I began walking back. I was maybe halfway to the prison when felt a cold piece of cloth over my mouth before passing out.

~Daryl's P.O.V~

Being out here with Merle made me realize something. My family isn't here, it back at that prison. The people would've always been there for me, sure they give me crap every now and then but they are my real family. May not be blood but they are family. Especially Haley, I can't believe I left her behind like that, I'm stupid

"Where are you going?" Merle asked

"Back where I belong"

"I can't go with you. I tried to kill that black bitch. Damn near killed that Chinese kid"

"He's korean" Shit everyone always saying that

"Whatever. Doesn't matter, man. I just can't go with you"

I scoffed "You know, I may be the one walking away... but you're the one that's leaving, again" I said before walking off

I put the arrow I had in my hand in my bag and began my journey back to my home, family, and my girlfriend

~Glenn's P.O.V~

There's a war going on, we don't know if the governor is going to attack now. With Rick going awol and Daryl being gone I was next in charge. Along side with Haley. I looked for her afterwards but couldn't seem to find her

"Hey Carl, have you seen Haley?"

He shook his head "Last time I did she was walking to grab buckets"

I nodded and walked off. I checked the front of the prison but no sign, I walked to the back. Nothing. But something caught my attention. Two buckets were in the ground, water spilled. I walked over and noticed a small puddle couple feet from the water. I damped it and smelled it. Chloroform. What the hell. I walked back into the prison and into the ell block

"Did you find her?" Carl asked

I shook my head

"Who's missing?" Hershel asked

"Haley" I said

"I found two buckets outside in the back, water spilled. She must've gotten water" I said

"What happened?" Michonne asked

"I don't know, but I think she got kidnapped. Couple feet away from the water I found a small puddle. It smelled like chloroform"

"What?! Who kidnapped her?" Carl asked

"Bet it was that son of a bitch of a governor" Michonne said

"No" Carol said "She got kidnapped by someone else"

Everyone turned to her

"How do you know?" I asked

"Because she's told me about these people who she was with before. She ran away because they weren't good people. They followed her and said they would find her someday, make her regret she ever ran" Carol explained

"Are you sure?" I asked

She nodded "It has to be them"

"Damn it, how do we find her?" I asked

Everyone stayed silent. Now we have another problem, this really isn't good

~Haley's P.O.V~

I slowly opened my eyes. I groaned as I coughed. Where the hell was I? My hands and feet were tied down on the chair. I looked around, small space I must be in a shed. The door swung open and a man walked in. My eyes widen. No. God please no. He approached me and smirked

"Well hello there princess"

I gasped "You" My voice was shaky. I was breathing heavily in and out. I'm as good as dead..
