Chapter - 9

WASHROOM :
Rohan is all set..he took out the gun from
his pocket..and target it in the direction
where Cabir and the mystery boy were
standing..he is looking for an opportunity to
fire..
Cabir : "have you done with your stupid hide
n seek..what you want..can't you just leave
us alone..it's high time..2 years ..please just
stay away.."..Cabir shouted on top of his
voice..he just can't stand in front of that
boy..
Boy : "listen Cabir..either am not interested
..i just wanted to..."..but he was cut in
between by cabir..
Cabir : "oh really...HARSHAD..."..now cabir
was supper irritated with his all time 'I AM
INNOCENT' rant..
Harshad : "listen..."..before harshad could
say anything further he saw a glimpse of a
shadow ..and he realized somebody is
there...he thought he has to move out from
there right away..so he just shoved cabir and
ran outside..
Cabir was hell confused of his sudden entry
and exit..he thought he must be here to
harm them especially Manik ..so he has to
tell others about him but not now..he will
look for a good timing..so he also moved out
and soon joined others in the car and they
drove away..
Here Rohan was highly disappointed of not
being able to fulfill his boss's orders..he
dialled the number..
Rohan : "wo..larka..wo..bhaag gaya..."..he
said in a worried yet scared voice..
Boss : "ek kaam sahi se nahi hota hai
tumse..now just go behind them..unhe miss
mat kar dena ..otherwise u will pay
heavy..."..the person shouted and the anger
was clearly visible in that voice..
Rohan : "ji..."..and he cut the call and came
out and saw the Manik's car was already left
and he also soon left behind them..as the
route to shimla is same ..so it must be not a
big problem to get them back..
Soon Fab-5 reached Shimla and they came
directly to Aahana's farmhouse..Aahana is
like Manik's sister and fab-4's close
friend...since schooling..she is a fashion
designer and lives in Shimla at her parents
farmhouse..after her parents demise ..she
shifted from Mumbai to Shimla..and two
years back..fab-5 along with Nandini and
Navya came to meet her..and took
accommodation over there only..
AAHANA'S FARMHOUSE :
After listening the car horn..Aahana rushed
outside and found fab-5 along with Navya
and Abhi..stepping out of the car..she just
ran up to Manik and hugged him tight..he
also hugged her back..while everyone smiled
at her..soon she broked the hug and hugged
others as well..Mukti introduced Abhi to
her..
Mukti : "Aahana he is abhimanyu..and abhi
he is Aahana ..hamari school friend"..
Aahana : "Mukti u don't need to introduce
him..last time you talked a lot about
him..mai inhe dekhkte he pehchaan liya
tha.."..she forwarded her hands towards
abhi for a handshake and abhi happily took
it..
After meeting session..they all went inside
and settled themselves in the living
area..servants bought snacks and coffee for
them..
Cabir : "ummm..thanks aahana..i so
desperately want this coffee..it's so chilled
over here.."..he said while sipping the
coffee..she smiled at him and looked at
Manik who was very silent all this
while..Aahana knew what must be bothering
him ..she knew after Nandini's sudden
death..Manik is still in after shock..although
he try hard to behave normal..but his
friends understands every unsaid words of
him..she went towards Manik ..
Aahana : "Manik..coffee..."..she offered him
..and he took it smilingly..
Manik : "thanks..but can i get filter
coffee..."..he said while looking towards
coffee..with a weak smile..
Aahana : "but Manik..filter coffee..toh
Nan..."...she just went with the flow..and
soon she stopped when she was about to
mention Nandini's name..everyone look
towards each other and sadness occupies it
place on their respective faces..
Dhruv : "abbb..Aahana..we all are very
tired..plz hum sab ko room dekha do..."...he
said while trying to divert their minds from
the most painful topic and Aahana
understood why he said so..
Aahana : "ha..an..wo rooms sabke same he
hai..You all know the way..tum log sab aram
karo..mai aati hoon..."..and she walked out
in the garden area..while all dispersed..
MANIK'S ROOM :
As soon as Manik stepped inside the
room..he remembered how last time he
convinced Nandini to stay with him in his
room..and they slept whole night cuddling
each other..
He put his luggage in the side and sat down
on the edge of bed..he touched the bed very
softly with utmost love..although his eyes
were teary but a smile crept on his lips..he
fetch water bottle from his bag and again sat
down on the bed..he drank the water and
soon he lay down and slept..
after some time..he felt someone is hugging
him from side..he opened his eyes and
found 'HIS NANDINI' ..lying comfortably in
his arms..her hands were around his waist
and her head was on his chest..he also
hugged her back ...
Manik : "take me with you..."...he said out of
helplessness ..she opened her eyes and
rested her chin on his chest and cupped her
face in her hands from one side..
Nandini : "Manik..it's you ..who has to take
me with you..not me...hai na.."...
he was now in tears ..she wiped them off
and hugged him tightly..and soon Manik
drifted into deep sleep..
GARDEN AREA :
Aahana was watering the plants but she was
lost somewhere else..a pair of eyes were
watching her..soon the person start
approaching her..and as soon as the person
approached her..he put hand on her mouth
from back and turn her towards
him..Aahana was startled...but soon she was
relieved after seeing who it is..
Person : "caught you..."..and he kissed on
her cheeks and removed his hands from her
mouth..Aahana instantly hugged him and
sobbed badly..first he was shocked ..but he
also hugged her back ..but still he was
worried as she was crying..
Person : "baby..kya hua..why are you
crying..all ok..shhh..plz..don't cry..plz..."..he
tries to calm her..but she hugged him more
tightly and cry hard..
Aahana : "tum mujhe chorke toh nahi jaoge
na..hai na
ayan..plz.."...worry..fear..helplessness..was
visible in her voice...and ayan broked the
hug and wiped off her tears and kissed her
forehead..
Ayaan : "kya..koi shaks ..apni dhadkan se
alag ho sakta hai.."...she nodded a no like a
baby and he smiled.. "fir...ayaan apni
aahana se kese alag ho sakta
hai...hmmm..."...this time a smile crept on
her lips and she realized how stupid she
is..to think such things..but soon her smile
fade away..after thinking about 'MaNan'..
Ayaan took her and made her sit on the
swing..she put her head on his shoulder and
he wrapped her in his arms..
Ayaan : "kis baat se itni pareshan ho
tum..."..he sensed something his bothering
her..
Aahana : "Manik..."...she said in a faint
voice..
Now ayaan understood..why she was crying so
badly..although he was never a very close friend of
fab-5 but when last time they came Shimla..they
used to hang out together..and soon they became
very close..he knew fab-5 from his school days but
he never dared to talk..as they were famous for their
rude acts especially Manik ..but when he met Manik
in Shimla..he found a totally different person in
him..so as fab-4..and they all told ayaan and aahana
love story of the duo..and then he observed
MANAN'S deep love..they were two bodies but one
soul..and after that mishap..he saw Manik
lifeless..Manik didn't uttered a single word..Manik
was shattered from inside but he was silent..and
fab-4 took him back to Mumbai...
Aahana : "god can't be so cruel..jinhone
hume milaya..aaj woh dono he sath nahi
hai..."..she was in tears and so as ayaan..
Ayaan : "I never met a girl like Nandini..so
selfless..a girl full of life..she only knew to
give love.."...tears start brimming down
from his eyes..Aahana looked at him and
wiped off his tears and hugged him tightly..
Aahana : "mujhe aaj bhi yaad hai
ayaan..nandini ne mujhse kya kaha
tha..."..she paused and continued .."usne
kaha tha..when you find your love
na..treasure it..kabhi kabhi hum apne ego
mei aese relations kho dete ho..jo kabhi
lautke nahi aate ..use khud se itna door mat
bhejna ki tum khud uske paas naa jaa
sako..love is a blessing of god..cherish
it..don't take it for granted..."
Ayaan : "aur uski unhe baato ki wajah se aaj
hum yahan hai..ek sath..tab hume realize
hua ki ..we are blessed with true
love..warna hum kabke alag ho chuke hote
..she came in our lives as a angel..she lit our
lives with happiness and don't know where
she went..."...they both were crying now..but
give support to each other and move inside..
Fab-5 along with navya and abhi were
already present there and they all were all
set to rock the concert..it's night..time for
their performance..Ayaan and Aahana came
inside..and looked at them..ayaan hugged
each one of them but while hugging Manik
he was in tears but he wiped them off before
Manik see..and later everyone even ayaan
and aahana also left with them...
Soon all reached the venue and as always
Manik didn't came in front of media..he just
went inside from back door..soon fab-5
occupied their space on the stage..crowd was
very enthusiastic ..Manik came infront of the
mike ..took the mike in his hand and closed
his eyes..just to remember HIS NANDINI..
Ho... ho... hooo... oo.
Ye raatein ab nahi dhadakti Din bhi saans nahi lete Ab

(The pain in his voice can make anyone cry..the way he
was singing..one can feel the pain in it..his eyes were
roaming all around..as he only wants a glimpse of his
love..but there was no sign of her)

Tere bin. ab to aaja piyaa Tere bin. nahi laage jiyaa..
(he closed his eyes..and his heart was only calling her
name..fab-4 ..ayaan..aahana..navya and
abhi..everyone was in tears..)
Pehle jaise mausam bhi aate nahi hai Baarishon mein
pehle jaisi baatein nahi hai Pehle jaise mausam bhi
aate nahi hai Baarishon mein pehle jaisi baatein nahi
hai Sookhe sookhe alfaaz, khali khali mere haathon ki
laqeerein bulaave soneya.
(he remembered their sweet moments when
they were together..their first rain before
Manik confessed his love after fusion
concert..he was literally crying..he look at
the lines of his palm..as he meant each n
every word of it...)
Tere bin. nahi lage jiya Tere bin. ab to aaja piya Tere
bin. nahi laage jiya.
(now he was not able to take the pain
anymore so he complete the song and left
there as soon as possible..all were very
worried and rushed behind him..but before
anyone could reach him..he sat in the car
and drove away..)
OUTSIDE THE HALL :
Abhi : "guys we need to find him..i hope he
is fine..let's go behind him"..
And everyone tries to leave just then Cabir's
phone rang ..it was a unknown
number..first he was about to cut but navya
asked him to pick it up..as it might be about
Manik..so he received..
Cabir : "helloo.."
Voice from other end : "SAVE MANIK..SAVE
HIM"..
Cabir was hell scared after listening this
..before he could ask anything further,..the
person disconnected the call..Cabir was
horrified ..everyone else were also worried
after seeing him in that condition..
Mukti : "kya hua?"..but he didn't respond
Navya : shaked him a little "kya baat hai
cabir..kuch to bolo"...
Cabir : "Manik,,,"..he said still in shock..and
rushed towards the other car and drove
away..leaving all baffled..
Abhi : "kuch toh galat hai...let us just go
behind them.."..and soon they also drove
away..
SOMEWHERE ON THE ROAD :
Manik was driving car in a very high
speed..his eyes were full of tears..he
remembered how he had saw Nandini that
day..taking a bus to Shimla..that's why he
came here...but now he is loosing himself..he
can't stand this pain any longer...he just
wants to be in her arms..he wants to hug her
till eternity..tears were flowing from his
eyes..he applied sudden brakes ..and car
stopped with a jolt..he came out and shouted
loudly...
He was now walking on the road
aimlessly...soon Cabir spot him and came
out from his car..he sign a relief that atleast
he is safe..Cabir called Manik..but Manik was
looking down and walking..he was in
daze..he was walking in the middle of the
road..Cabir start running towards him but
he was very far..soon everyone else also
came there..and spotted both of them..
Now Cabir saw a high speed truck
approaching towards Manik..he stopped in
the mid way and look towards Manik ..who
was still in trance...
Cabir : "MAAANIIIK...MAAANIIIK..."..he
shouted with high pitched voice ..with all the
energy he has inside him..but Manik didn't
paid any heed..he was walking
aimlessly...tears rolling down from his eyes..
Cabir ran in full speed towards Manik and
so as others..when they saw the truck..
But before they reach him..Truck hit Manik
and he rolled in the air and falled straight to
the road...
Everyone freezes on their places...horrified...
Manik was lying in the pool of the blood..his
eyes were half open and he saw a
girl..looking at him..he tried to look at her
and figure out ..it's HIS NANDINI..she was in
tears..she put his head in her lap..
Nandini : "manik..open ur eyes..."...she was
in tears..
Manik : "shhh...me.ene..ka.ha..tha
na..ta.ke..me.."..he said with great
difficulty..as he was in immense pain..
Nandini : "manik..."..she cried badly..
Manik : "Jahan meri nandini..wahan uska
manik..let's just end this hide n seek..ab sirf
tum aur sirf mai..bas..see..god also wants
th...isss..."...
And he closed his eyes...everyone rushed
towards him..each n every one was crying
badly..Abhi put his hand on Manik's heart..
and then look at others..
Screen freezes on their horrified face...
Rohan was looking all this..he dialled the
number..
Rohan : "Manik ka accident ho gaya hai..."
Boss : "WHAT???"..it was a shocked voice..
Rohan: "i think..kisi ne intentionally kiya
hai..."..before he can continue ..his boss cut
the phone..
Boss threw the phone in anger and said
.."WHO IS BEHIND THIS ACCIDENT"...
