Chapter - 20

MANIK'S ROOM :
The Dark nights have passed..sun is rising to
the fullest..rays falls on the two bodies from
window..who are sleeping peacefully in each
other's arms..Nandini's beauty sleep got
disturbed by those rays which were directly
falling on her face..she lazily opened her
eyes and looked in her left side..and found
HER MANIK..the person who can turn whole
world ups and down just on his little
finger..was sleeping peacefully on his
stomach..holding her tightly in his
embrace..like a 2 year kid..she lovingly
caressed her cheeks then a planted a kiss on
it..he stirred in his sleep and smiled..but
held her more tightly in his grip..she smiled
and whisphered..
Nandini : "Manik..let me go..subah ho gayi
hai.."..but he just nodded a no with his eyes
closed ..she again pleaded "please
manik.."...now..who won't open his eyes
with a such a cute melodious voice..and he
opened his eyes..and found the most serene
beauty in front of him..HIS
NANDINI..looking breathtaking..even in her
messy look..he yanked her and she fell upon
him..he tucked her hair strands behind her
ears and start caressing her cheeks with his
thumb and said..
Manik : "tum itni subah..itni khoobsurat
kese lag sakti ho..ab..mai kese tumhe jaane
doon..hmmm.."...he said in a most seductive
voice..which make her blush and she wrap
herself securely in his arms..and he also
requited back...they both stayed like it for
sometime..but Manik was in no mood to step
out from his bed and not even wanted her
to step out..but Nandini..she made him out
of the bed and asked him to get ready as all
are waiting for them..he being stubborn
asked a kiss and she readily kissed his
cheeks and ran inside the bathroom before
he catch her..after some more teasing and
kissing session..they both got ready and
make their way out in living area..holding
each other's hands..
LIVING AREA :
All were sitting and having coffee..while
MaNan also arrived..Aahana looked at their
smiling face and said "good morning
MaNan"...nandini smiled at her mentioning
their name as one..while Manik gave a
deadly glare to Cabir ..who was smiling
sheepishly..then Cabir observed manik's
gaze on him and said..
Cabir : "oye..mujhe kya look de raha
hai..maine kuch nahi kaha hai.."..he said in
his defense..as he very well knew why
manik was glaring at him..
Manik : "oh really.."..he said with a sarcastic
smile..
Cabir : "yaar had hai...matlab..aaj toh mai
kuch bola bhi nahi..fir bhi tu mujhe he
target kar raha hai..dekh li teri dosti..."...he
said last line..faking tears and wiping them
off..
Manik : "chal chal ..drama mat kar.."..with
this he settled down with Nandini and
continued "i wonder..Navya tum ese jhelti
kese ho.."..he said while looking at
Navya..she was about to say something but
Cabir said before her...
Cabir : "are..very simple..jese mai is
madhubala ko jhelta hoon.."..he said casually
with a wicked smile but what comes next
made him startled while others laugh
loudly...it was a cushion fall directly on his
face with a force..threw by navya in anger
who was sitting in front of him..
Navya : "acha ..tum hame jhelte ho..abhi
batate hai hum tumhe.."..and she threw all
the cushions on him one by one..while he
tried to save himself..with catching all ..but
failed in doing so..all were watching
amusingly..when Navya found no cushion
left..Cabir heaved a sigh of relief..but in
fraction of second another cushion fell
directly on his face..the last cushion was
given by Manik to Navya..and they both
high five with each other...while others
laugh whole heartily...
After a lot of happy moments..fab-5 and
others decide that they should leave for
Mumbai..as for which they came back..is
now fulfilled...but the matter of fact is..they
got far than they had imagined of..they not
even got their Manik back..but they all got
their soul back..i.e. NANDINI...they all
thought to leave Shimla..leaving behind all
the bitter memories..and taking away all the
bliss with them..they all hugged Ayaan and
Aahana..and promised that they will be
back..and asked them to visit Mumbai as
well..after bidding good bye to them..fab-4
along with navya and abhi drove away in
one car..while MaNan followed them in the
other one...
MANIK'S CAR :
Nandini was looking outside from
window..while Manik was busy in admiring
her..she was looking ethereal...her long
hairs..milky white skin..rosy pink links..she
is a angel..who has came to earth..to fulfill
all his desires..and he has only one
desire..that is..SHE HERSELF..she realizes his
gaze on her..she instantly looked towards
him..who was looking at her..and driving
the car..it was a avenue and not so busy
so..it wasn't difficult to drive even in no
concentration..
Nandini : "manik"...she called him with
utmost love..
Manik : "hmmm"..he just hummed ...as he
was still gazing at her..
Nandini : "manik..please..concentrate on
road..not on me.."..she said while making
him look straight on the road and they both
smiled broadly...
Manik : "how can i concentrate on anything
else ..when an angel is sitting right beside
me.."...he said looking at her with a
smile..while she blushed and lean on his
shoulder and wrapped his arm in her
hand..while he kissed on her head..and they
both were on the way..to start a new life..a
new beginning..just then Nandini saw a
temple..the same one..she visited ..2 years
back..alone..as fab-5 don't believed in
god..she asked Manik to stop the car..and he
abruptly stopped..and asked..
Manik : "kya hua..u ok na..kuch chahiye
tumhe..say.."..he asked worriedly..
Nandini : sat straight and cupped his face in
her one hand and said "are baba..relax..why
you are freaking out..mai toh bas.."and she
made him look in her side..there was the
temple..and she continued "mujhe mandir
jana tha..bas..sorry ..maine achanak ese
bolke..tumhe dara diya..sorry manik"...
Manik : he kissed her palm which was
placed on his cheek and said "am sorry..i
was just...acha chalo choro..let's get
in"...and he removed his seat belt..was about
to step out of car..when she hold his hand
..he look back at her hand which was
holding his hand..and then look at her..she
asked..
Nandini : "you don't believe in god..then
why ..you want to go in...last time
tohh..."...but she was hushed by his finger on
her lips..and he gently caressed her lips with
his thumb then gave a peck on it..and said..
Manik : "i used to not believe him..but in
these 2 years..when u were not with
me..aesa koi din nahi tha..jab mai kisi
mandir..dargah..gurudwara ya church nahi
gaya.."...she was shocked with this
revelation..as Manik was one of them ..who
never ever believed in such things..she
asked with curiosity..
Nandini : "kyu manik.."..
Manik : "FOR YOU"..her eyes were teary till
now..she felt goosebumps on her skin..just
when he mentioned YOU..her whole body
start submitting to him...unknowingly a tear
fell down..she wasn't aware of it..as she was
busy in looking deep in his eyes..in which
she wants to drown.. but Manik observed
that tear which fell on her cheeks..and he
quickly drank it from her cheeks..she closed
her eyes in anticipation..he cupped her face
and she opened her eyes..and he continued..
Manik : "because..mujhe laga..kisi
din..shayad ..kisi din..unhe mujh par todha
sa reham aa jaye..aur wo tumhe mujhe
wapas kar de..you used to believe on him..so
i started believe on your belief..and see..he
answered my prayers..you are right in front
of me..so close..like u never had left.."...she
without any rational thinking..hugged him
tight and he kissed her head..
Nandini : "I LOVE YOU MANIK..I LOVE
YOU.."...these words came abruptly from her
mouth..
Manik : he smiled broadly after listening her
"I LOVE YOU MORE NANDINI..I JUST LOVE
YOU.."...they are not like those couples..who
say these 3 words every now n then..but still
not know the real meaning of it..MaNan are
those ..who actually knew the meaning of
this small word LOVE..they had craved for
each other..they have died several deaths
without one another..they are like those love
birds..who actually die if one left the
other..they don't say I LOVE YOU
often..because their eyes ..says it all..and this
is what LOVE is..where there is no place of
words..they had crossed ocean of fire ..just
to be with each other..and this is what true
love is..and true love is MaNan...
After hugging each other ..which was never
ending..they broke the hug and step down
from the car..and start climbing the stairs of
temple..holding hands tightly..

SOUL..he drove back in his world with the
queen of his world..HIS SOUL..HIS
NANDINI...
MUMBAI :
MaNan reached Mumbai..in late night..he
stopped the car outside MURTHY'S
VILLA..she looked in her side and found
HER HOME..tears welled up in her eyes and
she stepped out ..Manik also stepped out
..and was keenly watching her only..she
moved towards the gate and caressed the
name plate lovingly..Manik came to her and
put his hand on her shoulder..she without
looking back ..hold his hand which was
placed on her shoulder..Manik rang the door
bell and CHACHI came out ..she saw Manik
standing alone on the gate..she said
"MANIK"...but then observed him
carefully..there was a content smile on his
face..his eyes were shining..just like he was 2
years back..for a second she thought..she is
dreaming..Manik was smiling and said..
Manik : "chachi..aapke liye kuch laaya
hoon.."...he said with a broad smile on his
lips and she gave a questioning look at
him..while he moved towards his left side
and ..what she saw next was..something she
didn't even imagined..there was SHE..HER
NANDU..HER DAUGHTER..their eyes
met..they both were looking at each
other..She touched Nandini's face lovingly
and Nandini instantly hugged her..they both
cried in each others arms..while Manik was
also teary..but a broad smile was playing on
his lips...
After some time..trio were sitting on the
couch..and by now Manik had told
everything ..she was shocked and accusing
Raghav ..Nandini sat down on the floor and
put her head in Chachi's lap and she very
lovingly start running her fingers in her
hairs..Manik who was sitting beside
chachi..smiled contently..and then said..
Manik : "wow..beti ke milte he..bete ko
bhool gayi.."..he said with a pout..while
chachi and Nandini both smiled at his
childish complain..he without any second
thought sat down on the floor and put her
head also in her lap and hold nandini's
hand which was placed on the floor..they
both smiled..while chachi kissed both their
heads..
Chachi : "mai mar rahi thi..tum dono ko
firse ese dekhne ke liye.."..a tear fell down
from her eyes..but both of them wiped her
tears from her respective cheeks and nodded
a "no"to her..at the same time..
Nandini : "chachi..please no more tears..ab
sab bilkul thk hai.."..she held her hand and
said with a smile..while Manik put his hand
on their joining ones..and blinked his eyes
to chachi..
Nandini : "chachi..chacha aur rishab kaha
hai.."..he said while looking around...now
Manik sat back on the couch and saide
hugged chachi..and chachi put her palm on
his cheek from back..and tell nandini..
Chachi : "nandu..tere chacha aur rishab U.S
mei hai..wahan rishab ka illaj chal raha
hai..aur tujhe ek baat batau.."..nandini
nodded her head in "yes"...
Chachi : "humara Rishab ab bol sakta
hai.."..she said smilingly ..
Nandini : "sach chachi.."..she said with a
broad smile ..
Chachi : "han bete..aur yeh sab sirf manik ki
wajah se..isne in 2 saalon mei..rishab ka aur
hamara bilkul wese he khayal rakha hai..jese
tu rakhti thi...aaj 2 saal baad ..maine ise
khush dekha hai..jab tu chali gayi thi..tabse
maine Manik ko kabhi Manik ki tarah dekha
he nahi..isne aur humne ..manik ko kho diya
tha..but ab sab sahi hai..tum dono sath
ho..ab sab theek ho jaega.."...she told all this
holding tears and nandini was also in tears
and he with gesture ask her to wipe tears..
After sometime..chachi asked them to sleep
..as it's too late..she also Manik to stay
back..as she know..he didn't wanted to
go..leaving nandini behind..manik..excused
himself..for a minute ..to fetch luggage from
the car..meanwhile nandini hugged chachi
and gave a good night kiss..and walked
upstairs into her room...
NANDINI'S ROOM :
When she opened her room's door..what she
found ..made her awestruck...her room's
wall was full of her's and manik's
pictures..above her bed..there was a big
photo of MaNan ..of fusion concert..when
they both performed together...smile which
appeared on her lips was not vanishing ..not
even for a second..she slowly moved inside
and she found lots of cushions on the
bed..every cushion cover had Nandini's pic
on it..she went towards the dressing
table..and found a star shaped jewelry
box..when she opened it..she found galore
pair of earrings..each one was very
beautiful..some were old ..which she had
used..but mostly ..all were new..she lovingly
caressed the earrings..and tear fell down
from her eyes..she saw on the mirror there
was also her and manik's picture in the
side...she caressed manik's face in the pic
and murmured "I LOVE YOU"...she moved
towards the study table..there she saw her
diary..on it's very first page..it was written
"MONSTER"..all over the page..while when
she flipped the pages..full diary was
engraved by only some words..and that was
"I LOVE YOU".."NANDINI"..."MY
STAR"...that's it..she touched the pages
lovingly and moved towards the
window..from where she used to wave "bye"
to manik..she saw jar of fireflies there...and
a beautiful wind chimes of stars..a soft air
start blowing and wind chime makes a
melodious voice and just then the fireflies
start shining and she closed her eyes and
murmured "MANIK"...a soft air touched her
face and she can feel..he is very near to
her..he encircled his hands around her
stomach and kissed her nape..she has
already closed her eyes and held his hand
on her stomach more tightly..he bit her ear
lope and her breath start getting heavy
while her heart beats were running
faster..he rested his chin on her shoulder
and said..
Manik : "this room..whenever i came here
na..i felt like ..i came back home..where you
are..where you resides..but still it never
gave solace to me..as only you are my
salvation...tumhe is room ke har corner mei
basa toh diya ..fir bhi ..mere dil ke andhere
ko..yeh sab cheeze milke bhi door nahi kar
payi..thanks nandini..mere pas wapas aane
ke liye..mere dil ke adhurepan ko pura
karne ke liye.."...he said those words with so
much honesty that anyone can tell ..how
much he had must gone through with...
She just turned around and smacked her lips
with his..he at once taken aback with her
bold step but soon he also responded back
with equal passion..they both were kissing
each other like they had craved it for
ages...they both were tasting each others
mouth..she sucked his lower lips while he
was sucking her upper one..they both didn't
wanted to broke apart..but they had to ..as
they were out of breath..they touched their
forehead and closed their eyes..both were
gasping hard..while Nandini said with
utmost love "I LOVE YOU MANIK.,."...he
opened his eyes and kissed her forehead ..a
tear fell down from her cheeks and he drank
it with open mouth..he gently picked her up
in his arms and made her rest on the
bed..she opened her eyes..he was very near
her face..they both were silent and was
drowning in the passionate moment..Manik
kissed her forehead and said...
Manik : "Nandini..take some rest..u need
sleep..so jao.."...he was about to leave when
she hold his hand and he looked back..
Nandini : "kahan jaa rahe ho.."..she asked
very innocently..
Manik : he patted her hand with his other
one and said "kahin nahi ..tum so jao.."...she
without thinking..held his hand more tightly
and pulled him to herself ..while he just
moved a bit ..and she with eyes asked him to
sit ..and he sat down beside her..and she
also sat down ..he was about to say
something ..but she hushed him by putting
her finger on his lips..
Nandini : "DON'T GO AWAY FROM ME"...she
said looking deep in his eyes..and he hugged
her tight..she also requited back..he gently
start caressing her back..while she closed her
eyes as her fingers were casting spell on
her..just then..he opened the knot of her
kurti..she start breathing heavily..and due to
shyness...she rushed towards the
window..and he just smiled at her
innocence..he came towards her pinned her
to the side wall..he held her waist tightly and
pressed his front on her back..they were so
closed that even air can't pass through
them..he came towards her ears and said in
most husky voice "I HAD SPENT NUMEROUS
DAYS AND NIGHTS WITHOUT YOU..NOW I
CAN'T EVEN THINK A MOMENT WITHOUT
YOU.."...he kissed her ears and he instantly
turned around and hugged him
tightly..while he smiled and hugged her
more tightly..he picked her up and made her
lie down on bed and hovered at her..she
locked her arms around his neck and he
again kissed her..this time...it was more
passionate kiss..he start tracing her whole
body with his hand over the fabric..soon he
covered both with a duvet and they both
were in some other land..his every touch
was making her insane..while her every
reaction to his touch making him turn
on..her whole body was shivering with his
lovely torture and he was soothing her with
his sweet kiss..they both were lying
peacefully in each other's arms..as this night
has made them ONE...although they both are
already TWO BODIES BUT ONE SOUL..but
from now on..their bodies also mingled with
each other..soon they both drifted into
sleep...contently in each other's arms...the
most safest place in the world....
