Not what it sounds like I assure you. No, rape training is a popular tactic often used in high rounds by expert players. It involves making a long line of zombies following you as you run around the map in a set pattern. Once you have about twenty zombies in a group, you turn and unleash hell. Just start spraying into the crowd for maximum points. Because each bullet is worth 10 points you get the most money if you use a gun with a lot of ammo and low damage. In my experience the best guns for this are the MP5 and the Uzi.
