The perks on each map are crucial to your long term survival. Perks such as Juggernog and Quick Revive are especially important as they increase your health and decrease the time it takes to revive your friends.
Juggernog- this is the first perk you should get as it will increase your maximum health.
Quick Revive- Quick Revive will more than half the time it takes to revive your friends. If you are playing solo then it will revive YOU if you go down. This can only be used three times per game.
Double Tap- this perk will double the fire rate of all your guns. It is not double damage. It will waste your ammo twice as fast.
Tombstone- this may not seem like a good perk, but when your playing with friends it can be invaluable. If you go down and no one revives you then when you spawn back in at the end of the round you can collect your tombstone and get all your perks and weapons back.
Speed Cola- this will dramatically increase your reload time. It costs quite a lot but when you have guns like the RPD that take like ten seconds to reload it's very handy.
