*Two weeks after the incident*
[ Shauna and Derek decide to live together and try to work on another relationship for Maliyah's sake. ]
Maliyah's POV
I don't remember much. Nothing that happened at all.
"Maliyah! Can you come here please?"
"Coming Mom!!"
I come out of my roon into the kitchen where she was cooking.
"Yes?"
"Sooo your birthday is coming up. What do you wanna do?"
"I know it's my 18 but I just don't want to do anything. I'm not feeling up to anything."
The front door opens. I look and I see a tall caramel man. Very Chiseled and sly.
"Hey Shauna. Baby. I'm home."
"In the kitchen Derek."
"Hey Maliyah" he says
I just look at him.
"Shauna come talk to me for a sec?" he says
"Okay. Maliyah watch the food."
"Kay Mom"
Third Person POV
Derek and Shauna walk into the living room.
"Does she remember anything that has happened?"
"Derek baby it takes time for these things okay. She just needs time I'm sure that she will remember."
"Okay baby."
Thet hear Maliyah screaming. They run the kitchen.
"Mal! What's wrong babygirl?" Derek says
"I-I don't ummm.... I just I..... Can I go to my room?"
"Yea baby girl."
Maliyah's POV
I don't know what just happened but I had a sudden glimpse of something. I need to ask mom.
"Hey! Mom!"
"Yeah?"
"Can you come here?"
"Coming"
She walks in and I just look at her. I told her to close the door.
"Mom..... Is Kaison and Karmin dead?"
She just stares at me.
"Ooh dinner I forgot about dinner."
She tries to walk out. I get up and close the door
"Are they? Mom just tell me."
"Derek?"
"Yeah what's going on?"
"She remembered something."
"Oh my gosh. What was it?!?"
"Ummm.... Well its not a good thing."
"What was it?"
"Derek. I was screaming because I remembered that my brother Kaison and Karmin died. Is that true?"
