Luck is defined as success or failure apparently brought by chance rather than through one's own actions.
If you are playing a game, then it's Luck. Here in Wattpad, Luck is a very difficult to find - maybe 0.0001%... Sometimes, It does not exist at all.
In writing stories, Luck in not a very good advice. Please do not depend on your Lucky. You might be unlucky. It's like betting in a betting house. My deep advice for you is to believe in your skills and talent. Work hard to achieve success.
