What will you gain by being lazy? Have you thought it through? Who will continue the story if you are unwilling to work? Your readers?
Eliminate this trait and be energetic.
Sometimes, I feel lazy too but I try to make one chapter at least a day. If I can't, I go and make 2 chapters on the next day. A little inspiration could help too.
