Stand By Me Preferences

You get hurt

Chris: You and Chris were up in the tree house with the guys. It was getting close to 5 o'clock and your Mom wanted you home for dinner by then.
"Sorry guys, I gotta go. My Mom wanted me home by 5. I'll be here tomorrow at 9." You said
"Ok. Can I have a kiss good-bye first?" Chris asked
Teddy, Vern, and Gordie made gagging noises as you gave Chris a quick peck on the lips. You just rolled your eyes as you lifted the door to leave.
"BYE!" you shouted as you stepped down. You were about 3 steps from the ground. You weren't paying attention and missed a step. You fell and landed on your ankle and yelled "SON OF A BITCH!" You heard some shuffling around in the tree house and Teddy opened the door and yelled to Chris who wasn't far behind. "What happened (y/n)?!" Chris exclaimed while jumping down from the last step.
"I missed a step coming out of the tree house." You said while holding your breath from the shock.
"Can you walk?" Chris asked
          "I'm not sure."
As you stood up you went right back down but Chris caught you.
"Let me walk you home. Do one of you guys want to help me?" Chris asked directing his attention back to the boys
"I'll do it." Teddy volunteered
You thanked them both and wrapped your arms around their shoulders and hobbled home.

Teddy: You and Teddy were in his backyard having a camp out for the night and you guys were playing a weird game of hide n' seek in the dark. It was your turn to find Teddy and it being dark and all, you couldn't see very well. You turned the corner and Teddy jumped out and scared you and you fell backwards tripping over a shovel that was leaned up against the side of the house.
"Oh my God, (y/n)! Are you ok?"
"Yeah. I just have a scrape you jerk!" You giggled
"I'm sorry." Teddy said while laughing
"It's fine!"
Since you were so much shorter than Teddy you stood on his feet and gave him a short kiss before racing him to the tent.

Vern: You were walking down the driveway to Vern's house and Billy was out front with his idiot friends. Billy had always liked you too so this was going to be fun...
"Where's Vern?" You asked
"No hello first or anything (y/n)?"
"Hi where's Vern?"
"Why should I tell you with the tone you're giving me?"
The rest of the gang was stifling a laugh
"Come on, asshole just tell me where he is."
A chorus of "OH's" came from the gang as Billy slid himself off the roof of his car.

"Is that how you ask?" Billy asked taking slow steps toward you
"Can you please tell me where he is?"
"Where who is?" Ace couldn't hold back anymore and he just started laughing which made everyone else laugh
"Could you please tell me where Vern is?" You asked in a nicer tone
"He's under the porch digging for his stupid pennies." And before he could make another excuse not to let you see Vern you said thank you
"Not so fast (y/n), aren't you going to apologize to me for calling me names?" Billy asked as he grabbed your arm
"I swear to God if don't let go of me right now I'll kick your ass so hard you won't be able to feel it for a week!" Again the oh's and laughter came from the gang as Billy tightened his grip
"You're hurting me." You growled
"What are you gonna do about?" He asked
You kicked him in the balls and he let go as he tipped over. You pulled out your switchblade and said "If you touch me again I'll kill you. Got it?" Billy nodded and walked off as the gang laughed at Billy on the ground still
When you got the porch to put some of your weight on you arm Billy had grabbed and you winced from the pain you looked down and it was starting to bruise.
"Hey (y/n)!" Vern said sitting up and banging his head on the boards above him. You giggled a little bit.
"What happened to your arm?" He asked concerned
          "I got in a fight with Billy." You mumbled knowing he wouldn't be happy
"BILLY Y-" Vern screamed before you covered his mouth
"It's ok, Vern I took care of it." You said reassuringly
"What'd you do?"
"I kicked him in the balls, pulled my knife and said if he touched me again I'd kill him." You said with a smile
Vern laughed and said "This is why I love you!"
"I love you too, Vern." You said pulling him in for a hug

Gordie: You were at Gordie's house doing homework with him when you got a little thirsty.
"Hey, I'm gonna get a drink you want anything?" you asked before standing up
"Nah, I'm all set. Thanks though."
Before Gordie's Mom and Dad left to go pick up some groceries Mrs. LaChance had mopped the kitchen floor and you stepped on the damp floor without caution and slipped landing on your wrist
"HEY (y/n) EVERYTHING OK IN THERE?" Gordie yelled while walking to the kitchen. You squeaked out a small no.
"Are you ok?" Gordie asked rushing over to help you up. When you got up you realized you had fallen on the wrist you broke a few months ago. It was already swelling up
"Son of a bitch." You mumbled under your breath
"Isn't that the wrist you broke and just got out of the cast?" Gordie asked
"Sure is." You said
"Let's get you home and see what your Mom wants to do about it. I'm sorry this happened."
"It's ok. It's not your fault."
Gordie gave you a peck on the lips before writing his parents a note about what happened and where he was.
