Six Weeks Later
'Are you really asking me that right now when I'm about to walk down the aisle?!' She threw the bouquet in his face with as much force as she could.
Her dress was barely did up but it didn't matter, she ran to the nearest exit.
'Fuck you! I'm leaving before I do something I regret!'
'Go then! If you can't understand how much this means to me then...just go.'
He looked like he wanted to reach out and stop her but his hands fell to his side where he clenched them. She would never let him touch her more than a few seconds before attacking him.
'You know what?! I don't and I never will...'
Tears streamed down her face as she removed the ring and placed it on the nearest surface with one last look at him.
She scoffed at the irony.
Whenever she had something good, no matter what, it was always taken from her. Like her parents, Sadie, and now He gave her no choice but to walk away...
'Goodbye...'
'Don't say that.'
She laughed humorless as she swiped the mascara streaks on her face before leaving him alone.
