Six months later

That moment changed my life a lot. I started spending a lot of time with Keith and Amy. Today is Amy's graduation day, it was also a day of celebration for me as Keith has finally gotten in a steady relationship. Thanks to yours truly... ME. Getting him a date was the easy part, making sure he stays in a relationship wasn't. Who knew the world was so small after all; Julia's sister was his match. No one would have guessed that. What can I say; god has his way of making all things to fall in places.

"Congratulations, Amy." I hugged the little devil and handed her the bear that she insisted I bought for her.

"Thank you so much, Ica. I love you but I love this bear more." She ran off with the bear.

"Keith, I need to go now. See you at dinner later." I reminded Keith about my appointment and headed to work. I got in my BMW 7s, Keith helped me to get the best of the best.

"Yes, my dear." He said and gave me a routine peck on my forehead. Yes. That is how he calls me nowadays either that or darling. During the first few weeks of dating, Christy use to get jealous of how close Keith was with me. As I said, I had to struggle a little to make them stay in a relationship. However as time goes on she realized the difference in the love he has for her and for me. Plus Christy seems to like me a lot too. She is easy to get along. That is thanks to Julia who has given her a top to down details about me and who I am.

We got to know each other better when we planned and threw Keith a perfect birthday party. Actually it was not that perfect. The party was supposed to be a surprise until Amy was blackmailed by Keith. Yes, he blackmailed her to know why Christy and I have been meeting up so often. Along this few months Keith has been more fun than the first time I met him. That ridged and stern father wasn't around anymore. He has transformed into the live of the house and it was cool. Mind you, at work he is still the boss but just a happier one.

I have been to his work place a few times now. Yes on the ship. I needed to face it somehow. I am taking it slowly though. Uncle Stevie has had a few parties on the ship where I had to attend for at least a few hours. I have learned to cope with it. Oh yeah... before I forgot. I am going to be an aunt soon too. Randy's (uncle Stevie's son) wife is pregnant. I am invited to the baby shower. I am planning to bring Amy and Christy along this time. It is about my family and my loving family met. Blood relationship or not, true love and appreciation will withstand all.

Work: I had to expend my job. Thanks to contact I met at Keith's charity events. Work has doubled and having Julia has been a true blessing. She handles the local department whilst I manage the district and a few international projects. Today I have an appointment with a new client. To think about it, they aren't really a new client. I have done a few small projects with them, just that I have never met them in person. It has always been over the phone or through the pretty nosy assistants.

Mr. Jimmy is a very nosy character, he loves throwing personal question while talking business. He has a pattern to it. After every second or third question he will ask a personal question like "so how was your recent date?" I always dodge the question by saying let's keep business as it is. Sometimes I do answer him. I pity him trying so hard, so I answer with my surface level answers such as "haven't had the time with all the work I have to settle for you." With that kind of answer he gets tongue tied and gets back on the track.

I am glad I am finally meeting the owners. They are planning to expend their business to district level and I owe the much.

"Noon, Juls. How are you today?" I said as I entered the office. Julia was gathering the record of the new client.

"Hi, Ica I'm good. How was the graduation?" she asked me back.

"It was lovely. She was smiling the whole day. Christy looked lovely too. Did you know they planned and wore blue attire?" I winked at her.
