"Casey!" I screamed.

She looked dead, she wasn't moving.

She died on me?

I lost her?

I loved her, and now she's gone.

And I had just gotten her back...

"Well look who we have here," Paul said turning on his heel and facing me.

"What did you do to her!" I half yelled as I fell to my knees.

"Hush up pretty boy. The girl isn't dead. But I have something else that belongs to you. You take it and then I let you leave here with her."

She isn't dead!

She's alive?

Wait....something else that belongs to me?

"Belongs to me?" I asked.

"Valentine!" Paul yelled.

I looked to the side of me and seen a little girl cradling a stuffed bear to her chest and shaking. She was so scared. It was heart breaking.

Even though her hair was tangled, her face dirty, and the nightgown she wore was covered in dirt, she was the sweetest little girl I had ever seen.

Her hair was a light brown, she had blue eyes. She was so tiny.

"Yes Uncle?" Her voice was shaky and very bird like.

Uncle?

"Meet your daddy you little shit."

I looked at Paul and back down at the little girl.

The more I looked at her the more I could see that she looked like me. She had my nose, my eyes, and my jaw line.

Daddy?

Then all the memories came back.

"Blake common, let's go to bed." Kelly spoke in a seductive tone.

I was drunk, and I listened. And we had sex that night.

And then it came to me. There was no condom....

The memory I had from nearly 3 years ago came back to me.

I was only 15.

The little girl ran up to me and slung her arms around my neck then she whispered in my ear,

"Please take me away..."

My heart broke as soon as she said that.

I looked at her again. There was no doubt about it, she looked exactly like me, not like Kelly at all, just me.

"Now," Paul began, "do you want to hear my deal?"

I nodded my head holding onto Valentine.

"You take this shit here," Paul spat nudging to Valentine, "then I give you the girl. But I never want to see you again."

His deal seemed to easy but I took it anyways. I had a chance to get the girl I loved and my new found daughter out safely.

"Deal"

Paul then untied Casey and I picked her up bridle style, then told Valentine to hold onto my shirt and follow me.

We walked to my car and I put Casey in the front seat, and buckled her up while Valentine crawled in the back.

I drove to McDonald's. Valentine looked as if she hadn't eaten in days.

Casey began to wake up.
