Scott: he wants to make sure that you're safe and the only way he knows how to do it at night is holding you protectively in his arms. He likes resting his head on your shoulder and sing quietly for you until you fall asleep.
Stiles: Stiles doesn't really know how he wants to sleep, so he'll be moving around a lot until you make him stop, by holding your arms around him like if he was a baby. It's the only way that he'll relax while sleeping and so far he haven't had any nightmares when you're close to him.
Liam: whenever you stay at his house, you'll lay in bed facing each other so you can talk until you fall asleep.
Derek: he likes to have his princess (you) as close as possible, so he'll wrap his arms around you and rest his head on your shoulder (just like Scott). He will also whisper the cutest things imaginable in your ear.
