"I just have my reasons. Don't worry about it." I said, hoping they'd stop asking.

"Don't worry about it?" Edgar was mad. "Listen here, Mia. Never come back here. I don't know who you are or what you want, and honestly I don't care. Get out. And stay out. Stay away from this store. Leave."

I didn't know what to say. I had to stay. Get information for David.

"Edg-" I was cut off.

"Get out!" Edgar shouted. I couldn't do anything about it. So, I walked out of the store.

---

I can't tell David what happened. He'd get mad. What do I do?

Nothing. I can't do anything.

---

"Mia?" I heard a voice say. I turned around to see Sam.

"Hey Sam," I said, sounding a little sad.

"What's wrong?" Sam asked.

"Nothing. I just let down someone who was counting on me," I said. I can't believe Edgar freaked out on me like that. But then again, I can.

"Oh. I'm sorry. I wish I could help you," Sam said, quietly. I shrugged.

"Hey, has Edgar ever got really mad at you?" I asked, then realized he probably didn't know their names.

"Frog? Yeah, sorta. Why?" Sam replied, surprising me.

"He freaked out on me. They don't trust me. Told me to get lost and never come back." I said looking down at my hands.

"I could help," Sam offered.

"And how would you help me?" I asked, looking at him.

"Um... I could ask the questions you want answered?"

"You'd really do that?" I asked.

"Yeah, sure. Why not?" He said simply.

"Thank you,"
