Love like you/nothing Like you

I know lots of people have been doing this, but I know who's singing.

When I had only heard the first part, I thought it was Pearl to Steven . I'll explain this.

Steven thinks highly of Pearl

He overestimates her abilities

I could even learn how to love.
Since Pearl's, well, a Pearl, she was completely devoted to one person. In her own words, "Completely devoted to one person or cause." That isn't love.

When I see the way you act,
Wondering when I'm coming back,
When Pearl regenerated, Steven was completely depressed, and wondered when she'd be back.

I could do about anything,

I could even learn how to love like you.
Anybody can love, but it takes a lot to learn how to love like Steven.

However, after hearing the full version, I think it would be more of Rose singing to Greg.

Greg thinks of Rose as a goddess

I could do about anything,
Goddesses can do everything

I could even learn how to love.
If I'm correct(which I probably am) Rose doesn't understand the concept of love fully.

When I see the way you act,
Wondering when I'm coming back,
Greg most likely worried about Rose leaving him.

I could even learn how to love like you.
Greg loved Rose more than anything.

I always thought, I might be bad,
Homeworld doesn't seem like the type to hand out gift baskets...

Now I'm sure that it's true,
Humans don't tend to conquer planets.

Rose fought in a war, Greg probably wouldn't.

I also think Amethyst to anyone else would work.

Amethyst is thought to just be reckless and carefree, but she's not.

Stress and worries hold her back

I could even learn how to love.
I don't think Amethyst knows what love is

When I see the way you act,
Wondering when I'm coming back,
People sometimes get upset or annoyed about the times she leaves and comes back

I could do about anything,

I could even learn how to love like you.
Once again, all the others know some kind of love(ship Pearlmethyst or perish)

I find this interesting, because when Amethyst's gem cracks, she glitches.

I always thought, I might be bad,
"Kindergartens are where bad gems grow more bad gems." -Amethyst.

Now I'm sure that it's true,
Pearl dislikes the kindergarten.

'cause I think you're so good,
The other gems defeated Homeworld.

And I'm nothing like you.
Amethyst isn't as strong as Garnet or as smart as Pearl.

Either way, this is an interesting theory.
