How hard it is
To live life
Each day
To wake up
Go to work
Or not
One would imagine
Only soldiers
Heroes
Saviors
Are brave
But alas
You are too
Each moment
Each breath
Each action
Takes courage
Self confidence
Self love
You have that
You are brave
Days will come
And
Days will go
Some good
Some bad
Some ugly
Each begins
With an inhale
Of air into lungs
Eyes opening
To face the world
Once more
Important to understand
Life isn't easy
It's what you make it
How you live it
How you fight
For your happiness
Not letting
The demons
Win
If a day is rough
Let it go
If something upsets you
Set it free
If you are aggravated
Frustrated
Wanting to
Yell
Scream
And
Cry
Do it!
But make sure
You aren't alone
Vent
Walk
Pace
Get it out
But once you've said it
Never repeat it
Let yourself heal
Do not isolate
Fly under full radar
Shut people out
Especially those
That love you
Their kind words
Hugs
Kisses
Silent vigil
Is what you will need most
In your quest for peace
You can do this
You must do this
You will do this
Why?
