Y/n's P.O.V

*a few days later*

Over the past few days I've been kind of awkward around Tuff after what happened on Berserk island, Tuff on the other hand has been acting completely normal like nothing happened, but then again its Tuff I'm talking about. He doesn't care about anything. To be fair, I do overthink a lot of things.

I am currently flying around the island on Spikeshot. I did a few barrel rolls and then decided to stop flying. I wanted to try a trick I did with Spikeshot. I jumped off the saddle and fell fast through the air, I saw Spikeshot fly underneath me and I landed on him. Yessssss!!!

I landed on the ground, outside my house. I got off Spikeshot and got something to eat. I caught up with the gang who were sitting around talking about who knows what. I stood next to Astrid.

"Hey Y/n, do you have a bandaid?" Snotlout asked.

"No. Why?" I asked

"Because I scratched my knee when I fell for you" he said. I pulled a disgusted face. Oh God. 

"Ha.ha. very funny" I said sarcastically, I shared a sickening face with Astrid who gived me a sympathetic look. 

"Snotlout don't flirt with my sister" Fishlegs said. I looked over at him and raised my eyebrow, since when did he become so protective?

"What are you gonna do about it" Snotlout challenged, a smug smile on his face.

"I'll make you regret it" Fishlegs said, trying his best to put on a dark voice. It didn't really work.

"Ahh. So scary" Snotlout said sarcastically

"I'll make it scary" Fishlegs said

"Fishlegs. As I recall, you got scared by a baby Typhoomarang" I said, tilting my head to the side as I looked at him.

"It was scary. I thought it was a flaming squirrel" he defended himself

"Yeah. Cause there is such thing as a flaming squirrel" I said.

"Hey guys" Ruff said. She plopped herself next to the other side of Astrid. Tuff sat down next to me, I went tense. Since when do they sit apart?

"So what you guys talking about?" Tuff asked resting his arm on my shoulder as he talked. My shoulder was getting a weird feeling.

"Fishlegs not realizing he can't stand up against Snotlout" Astrid said casually, earning a few laughs across the table.

"Hey, where's Hiccup?" Ruff asked

"Village meeting" Fishlegs answered.

The teens started talking about something, I don't know what. I zoned out. Tuffnut's arm was still resting on my shoulder, not that I'm complaining or anything.

"Hey Y/n" I heard Tuff say. I turned my attention to him

"Yeah?" I answered.

"You alright? You've seemed a bit off  for the past few days." He pointed out. 

"Yeah. I'm good" I answered. Dammit, he's probably gonna suspect something.

"Are you sure?" He asked. I nodded, he pulled an uncertain face, but ignored it.

"Okay" he dragged out, making it sound like a question.

"Hey Tuff, let's go annoy Mildew" Ruff said.

"Yeah!!!" He said and got up and ran off with his twin. Once he left I relaxed. Astrid was staring at me with curiosity. 

"Y/n. Can I talk to you in private?" Astrid asked
