Bella came rushing into my room.
"Skylar! I need to talk to you!"
"What is it?"
"Come sit at the table with me."
"Okay.."
We both sat down and I tried asking her what was wrong.
She just kept saying awful words like.
"Oh it's so terrible it's just horrible! It's awfully sad!"
"What is it?"
Ryan came running in with a little card in his hand.
"What is this?"
He stretched his arm out some more and started bouncing up and down.
I took the card from him and read it.
"Will you marry my daddy?"
Wait a second...this had to be some type of joke.
I smiled.
I got up and pushed my chair in.
"Ashton.."
I went to the living room.
"Ash-"
I was cut off by Ashton down on one knee with a ring in his hand.
"Skylar..."
"Oh my God.."
I had tears in my eyes.
"Skylar..I love you so much. I can't compare it to anything. The way you laugh or get upset when something goes wrong. The way you're such a good mom and sister and hopefully soon wife.."
I wiped my eyes.
"I don't wanna lose you..will you marry me?"
