"To what do I owe the pleasure of your presence?" I threw sarcastically his way.

"You knew, you knew all this time yet you kept quiet!" Odin accused me as he came towards me with anger and rage radiating off of him. This just made it all worth it. All these years of waiting, all these years of pain and suffering were so worth it just to see him like this. To see him finally out done, and both of us knew that.

"I told you many times that I was never going to be the cause of anybody's downfall but as always You chose not to believe me" I replied difficultly as I had barely any strength left.

"How is it even possible? None of the prophecies warned us of this ever happening" Odin declared confusedly.

I tried to gather some strength to face him. Raising my paw slightly to my heart I said.

"In times of Great sorrow, in times when the heart is forced to be torn, unprecedented truth and actions shall befall upon us" I recited a verse from the holy book.

"I wrote the book, so don't throw that on me" He was getting more angry

"I didn't come here to fight or argue with you but I am sure you want your flesh and blood to live and not die so I suggest you tell me how to stop this mess you created before any bloodshed"

"You really think Xander would ever want anything other than blood for what you all have done to him and his love? If you think so then you are even more delusional than I thought" I smirked as I saw the boiling rage take over him.

Xander Pov

Entering the holy lands I was bestowed The Axe! The Axe that has been foretold to kill Odin, how? Where? I knew not, but I knew that no matter what I chose to do I was going to lose everything embarking on this path. The more I touched The Axe the more I felt its power being absorbed into my body and the greedier I was becoming for revenge. The Axe was not just a weapon I could feel it as a living breathing organism with unparallel power. It was messing with my head. It had the ability to magnify whatever emotion that was already in you making it very dangerous to be held while never being angrier in your entire life.

Seven gardens divided by seven doors were ahead of me. As a child I remember playing here with all the other kids. This was all before the curse of being the son of the One supposed o kill Odin, who knew that the joke was going to be on them as the young child playing here was going to steal that honor.

Not wasting any more time I went straight to My Nemeses.

Cynthia's Pov

"Hurry up, what's taking you so long?" My mom asked the oracle

I was just watching everything unfold in front of me numbly. It was an out of body experience I was just doing my part till I was sure I gave Xander another chance at a better life, after that I was going to kill myself and that's something no one can force me in or out of I thought smugly as I saw my mother flustered as she heard the Oracle say something that I didn't hear. I was lost in my own world blocking everyone else out.

"You have to stop this" Odin was telling my mother? Somehow I must have completely blacked out because Odin and many other gods were here asking to stop the wedding and everyone was tense. As for my mother she was just plain angry.

"We don't know that for sure! All this could be just a hoax and more importantly if the wedding continues this nightmare will be over once and for all" She said determinedly.

"Fine, but only if the Oracle says it's safe to do so" Odin challenged.

"Go ahead, tell us" Odin asked the very troubled Oracle.

Silence

"I see blood only blood. Everywhere there is just blood" she said in a clear crisp voice...

There was a unanimous gasp heard all around

"And You All still want to carry out this sham of a wedding?" A very relaxed Xander asked amusedly as he kept playing with some kind of a huge axe.

What!

Xander is here!

Why is he here?

They are going to kill him!

I tried to scream to say anything to warn him but I was suddenly engulfed in an invisible box that kept me hidden from him. All my shouts and screams were drowned by the magical walls.

My teary eyes met Odin's and I knew he was the one behind this. He has always disliked Xander for some reason.

I had to do something to stop this.
