Step 1: Open a new canvas with dimensions 512x800.
Step 2: Go to the texture pack that I've made for you [click on the external link to go to the pack or click the link which is posted in the comments]. Save the first picture (the picture of the girl and the leaves] and open it as a layer (Layer - Open image as layer) into your canvas.
Step 3: Free transform it so that it now fits the whole canvas.
Step 4: Type in your text. For the word 'Ellena', I used the font Broken Glass and for 'A U T H O R N A M E' I used Josefin Sans.
Step 5: Select the 'Ellena' layer from the Layer Panel and right-click and select 'Layer Styles'. You will see the Layer Styles box. From there, come to Outer Glow. Make the following settings-
COLOUR: #f0dc6e
OPACITY : 100%
HARDNESS: 1
SIZE: 4
Step 6: Once you've applied the layer styles, you will see a star sort of thing on the layer, in the layer box. Again, right click on the 'Ellena' layer and select 'Copy layer style'. Once you've done that, come to the author name layer and right-click - Paste layer style. The same layer style will be applied for the author name too.
Step 7: Open up the geometric line thingey as a layer onto your canvas. Resize it to make it smaller and place it wherever you want. Then, go to Adjustments - Invert. After that, change the blend mode to Lighten, and make the opacity 33.
Step 8: Open up the lighting texture, resize it to fill the whole canvas, and change the blend mode to Overlay.
