Step 2: Create a new layer, and change the colour in the colour palette to whichever colour you want the eyes to be.
Step 3: Zoom into the eye area and select the brush tool. Customize the brush size and make it into a suitable size, and colour in the eye pupils. Use the eraser tool to erase out any portions of colour that go beyond the pupil.
Step 4: Then, change the blend mode to either Hardlight, Overlay, Screen, Multiply or Darken. Each blend mode will give a different result in most cases. Reduce the opacity a little bit to give it a more realistic look.
