Step 1: Open a new canvas with dimensions 512x800.

Step 2: Open this texture as a new layer and enlarge it to fit the whole canvas.

Step 3: Open any model/celebrity PNG onto your canvas. Resize according to your liking. Use the size 200 soft eraser to soften the edge a bit if you want.

Step 4: Using the font 'Luna', type in your text and add the layer styles of your choice. Here are the setting I used-

Also type in the author name. Recommended fonts for author name: Futura (all caps), Calibri (all caps) Nexa Light (all caps), Code Light, Orator STD, Raleway (all caps).

Step 5: Then, open up the torn paper PNG (click on the external link) and resize it and place it over the model's eyes and type in your subtitle text.

Step 6: Now, create a new layer and fill it with the color black. Then, select the Rectangular Marquee tool and select a portion of the canvas such that only a thin border on the edges remain. Here's a picture example-

Then, click the 'Delete' button

Then, click the 'Delete' button. Then change the blend mode of the black border to Overlay.
