Hi my glorious readers! Belart here and I just wanted to thank you all for reading Hell's Glitch and to inform you all of some of my plans for this series. I want to tell you of my long term plans and my short term plans. But let's start with this week's updates.
Sunday I updated each of my chapters with a chapter number. This was an obvious decision and I have no idea why I removed them from my Wattpad chapters. This should have been done weeks ago, but I'm glad to finally do it to make the story easier to read for some of you. Lately I've also been adding photos to each of my chapters. The added imagery is just to give you a visual cue for each chapter.
Monday I updated chapter 12. I had a better idea of how techniques should work. Instead of a person being able to equip and use them whenever like I had before, they'll instead only be able to take one for whatever amount of attunement slots they have. This'll make the game more strategic and game-like. I'll have to also adjust some of the leveling and other stat numbers I had for chapter 13, but luckily that's not out until Friday.
Now for my short and long term plans.
For short term, I plan to update Hell's Glitch at least twice a week. The updates will happen on Wednesday and Friday. Story updates are guaranteed every Friday with Wednesday being a flex day for either a story update or a glimpse into the game's instruction manual. Sometimes I'll post my updates like this one on Wednesday too. But this is good for me and you guys because it adds a level of consistency to my posting. This way you'll always have some content to return to.
For long term, I plan to have a series of books set in this Death Planes-verse. Eventually there will be other stories to tell besides Sam's. My plan is to do stories about other player characters as well. I've already planned out the flow and plot of the books and now I just have to write them. If any of you would like to write in the Death Planes-verse, please message me and let me know. I'd love to get you all involved in the Death Planes-verse and will help you craft your stories if you need it. The way I planned the game leaves it open to many characters to participate in it.
