Hey guys thanks for your support on this story. Also anyone excited about Kishimoto's new manga about Boruto and the rest of the kids? Let's start up!

Himawari's tears burst against Inojin's pale cheek. The monster sluggishly approaches them.

"Inojin please..... Don't leave me. Please!" Himawari sobs.

Inojin doesn't respond to her pleads and lays silently.

Somebody....... Anybody...... Please save him! Himawari thinks.

The monster raises it's arm, ready to cut down the two.

" Shannarō!"

The monster flies into a tree, the tree breaks, and the two slam into the ground shattered.

"Himawari, are you ok?!"

"Aunt Sakura!"

The pinked haired woman smiles and then becomes concerned.

"Is that Inojin!?"

Himawari nods sadly.

"He protected me from getting hurt. And now.......he's...."

Himawari tears up again. Sakura lies him down, and listens for any signs of life. She hears faint heart beats.

"Don't worry. He's still alive." Sakura says hugging the crying girl.

"Thank goodness....." Himawari says wiping her tears.

"Glrf!"

The two turn and watch the monster reconstruct its body.

"What are you?" Sakura yells cracking her knuckles.

No response from it.

"Himawari?"

"I don't know it just attacked me when I was about to leave."

Sakura nods and turns her attention back to the strange blob.

"Taste my fists! Cha!" Sakura yells running toward the monster.

Team Boruto

The blobs weren't backing down, and the team was slowly getting worn out. Their punches and slashes didn't have much power behind them anymore, and the amount of monsters had at least tripled.

"Damn they keep coming back!" Konohamaru groans.

He glances at the rest of his team. They were struggling to keep them at bay.

"Ahh! Let me go!"

The turn to see a beast yank at Sarada's hair, pulling her away from the others.

"Sarada!" They all yell.

"Get your fucking hand off her!" Bolt yells slashing it to bits.

It let's go of her and she falls to the ground. Bolt grabs her hand and pulls her up.

"Thanks Bolt." She says giving him a nod.

He grins at her.

"No problem! I'm not letting these freaks take us down!" Bolt says.

As soon as the words leave his mouth, he falls to his knees in exhaustion.

"Bolt! Hang in there!" Mitsuki says, stopping a blade from puncturing Bolt.

Sarada puts his arm around her shoulder and helps him stand.

"*pant* Thanks." Bolt says breathing heavily.

The female snaps her fingers and the beasts stop attacking and poof into smoke.

"It seems I underestimated you. No matter, one passed into the gates. That's sufficient damage." She calculated.

"Damn you!" Konohamaru says running to slash her with his blades.

But she disappears and reappears in a nearby tree.

"Let us meet again soon." She whispers before vanishing into thin air.

Konohamaru swears and thinks about what happened.

"Sensei! We need to check if what she said was true. It could've attacked someone." Mitsuki says.

"Right! Let's move."

The team jumps off, but slower so Sarada can help Bolt.

As they enter the gates, Hinata runs towards them.

"Lady Hinata." Konohamaru greets.

She nods and frets over Bolt.

"Mom I'm fine. Calm down." Bolt sighs.

"I can't. Your father is at the hospital. Himawari was attacked by some monster.

"A monster?" Mitsuki asks concerned.

Hinata nods.

"Mom, is Hima alright?" Bolt asks urgently, his eyes clouding with concern.

"She's ok, but Inojin isn't. Aunt Sakura is trying to save him."

"My mom is ok too? Right Aunt Hinata?"

"Yes, but let's head to the hospital. I'm worried nonetheless." Hinata suggests.

The group nods in agreement.

As they quickly head off, a cloaked figure stands on the gate.

"Phase one is complete. Prep for phase two must begin." She says.

She jumps down and walks towards the lush forest and starts to sing to herself.

Are you? Are you?

Coming to the tree?

They strung up a man, they say who murdered three.

Strange things did happen here, no stranger would it be.

If we met at midnight in the hanging tree.

As she sang, the trees and plants wilted and dried.
